Cleaning of sewage line (including manholes), 150 mm to 300 mm dia, in horizontal or vertical position by rodding from manhole to manhole , manhole to septic tanks, well flushing after taking off existing manhole covers, taking out sludge and other materials from sewage line and manholes causing blocking of the drain pipes, burrying the sludge/night soil waste in earth pits including excavation of pits, carriage and levelling of soil pits after burrying and covering of sludge with minium 25cm thick compacted layer of soil and removal of surplus soil, to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (cost of removal of sludg/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in the same line is included in the rate of this item and the rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning functional for full contract period). Note:- The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and will rectify the same with the completion on same day with in 08 official working Hrs from the receipt of complaint.

Cleaning/ clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 150 mm to 300 mm main line from 1st manhole onwards bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including , Desludging descaling & decoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the local municipality, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall keep the sewage line functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive this aspect. Note:- The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and will rectify the same with the completion on same day with in 08 official working Hrs from the receipt of complaint.

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying liquid, including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using suction pumps and filling the liquid into the covered tanks attached to section pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material out side the cantonment area all as directed. Note:- Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank i.e liquid only shall be measured.

Desludging / dewatering of septic tanks/ soakage wells including inlet / outlet chambers, removing out all scum, silt, residual sludge (both organic & inorganic in nature) after plugging the incoming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the purpose by local municipality, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank i.e liquid,semi solid and solid only shall be measured.

Cleaning of blocked WC,Gully traps,nahni trap,floor trap including and up to first manhole with manual labour as well flushing with water making the WC seat operational, including depositing sludge in borrow pits including digging of pits. Covering with excavated earth at a suitable depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in - charge. Note:- The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and will rectify the same with the completion on same day with in 08 official working Hrs from the receipt of complaint.

Cleaning of CI pipes of any dia from first floor to ground floor upto trap and Ist manhole along the wall, floor, including rodding and removing waste material to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing all the demolished material outside Cantt area complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware) of internal dia of pipe 150/200 mm set in cement mortar incl removing from site to a distance n. exc 500 mtr complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor in cover slab, precast slab or similar work etc. (reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil as in floors with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing ,spreading and leveling where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down CI/PVC pipes 100 mm dia incl all fittings like bend, branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down CI/PVC pipes 75 mm dia incl all fittings like bend, branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing CI oval door access for 100 mm bore pipe fitting including necessary drilling, nut & bolt and provision of rubber washers to make the joint water tight, fixed in repair up to 4th floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing CI oval door access for 75 mm bore pipe fitting including necessary drilling, nut & bolt and provision of rubber washers to make the joint water tight, fixed in repair up to 4th floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in subbase, mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing all the demolished material outside cantt area complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surface on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on concrete surface in roof including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like incl weathering slightly rounded our chamfered angles and threading complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

Material and labour for Cutting existing road any type n. exceeding 0.75 M wide and upto 1.5mtr deep excavation in any type of soil for crossing sewage line and Returning filling in, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick and repair the top surface of cut portion of Road with 150mm thick PCC Type B2, (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour Non - skid digital,anti scratch,anti fungus,Ceramic joint less coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in C:M 1:4. Make : Somany,Kajaria,Orient ( sample as approved & kept in GE's sample room)

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description from sunken portion , repair with 15mm thick rendering on fair face of concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 and neru finish , with water proofing compound ( As per manufacturer detail ) including junction portion, making proper slope towards out side, finished even and smooth with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate). (Note: Water proofing admixture measured and paid seprately)

M & L 50 mm tube medium grade cut to shape required and fixed in wall as in spout pipe complete all as spd.

(a) Applying 1st course of bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over the plastered surface as in WC Sunken portion . (b) Applying 2nd coarse of a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 2 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kilogram/Square Metre with 160 Grams/Square Metre non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc., finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete as specified and directed. Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3.0m in length and joint shall be made at every turning / corners, complete all as specified and directed.
