Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl. all quoins arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash brick (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick (10+5) rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down loose cement plaster on brick, stone walls and concrete surfaces(except above mention in description 1 area) of any description/position etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&F for precast cement concrete 12.5 mm graded aggregate type B0 (1:2:4) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), in cluding all mouldings fixed with cement mortar 1:4 all as spfd and directed.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed with and including, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for Dholpur/Jodhpur stone tiles as per required colour with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1 including demolishion of existing tiles etc. complete all as specified.

S&F in repair concertian coil reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire complere all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including securing or tying at crosing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no 16 above but fixing in repairs after restraining resecuring and good staples etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F mild steel & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including MS bars for tighting chain link necessary drilling bolting reveting etc. & similar work, fence with all nut & bolts complete conforming to Fe-410-or Fe-310-0. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Chain Link Fencing of 3.25mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm x 100mm mesh as in chain link fencing including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding and provision of etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates in any position all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone as in foundation filling and mass concrete for drain repair all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed block in drain and like including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even with using extra cement.

S&F in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain/ mainhole cover with frame ( rectangular or square ) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square mtr and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592). M & L two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of walls to match the existing colour incl preparation the surface complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coasts of synthetic enamel paint (for steel surfaces) complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of Cement base paint of approved tint, complete all as specified. M&L for pre-cast concrete rubber moulded glossy finished interlocking paver block of 60 mm thick M-35 grade any colour (as approved) and design over sand cushioning complete including with using grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 all as specified .

M&L for seven stage cleaning sterilization of inside the RCC/PVC water storage tank of capacity 500 Ltr and not exceeding 1000 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/TERBAC-G-65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and ultra violet ray. Make : rays cleantech/Inus water tech/ satya enterprise. Location : Seven stages are as under plants : (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewartering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the wall of the tanks. (C) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) fourth stage is bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilzing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all the suspended bacteria . (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to strelize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69

Note ;- Company will submit government laboratory test certificate of TERBAC - G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/INOXI-60/NB69, before cleaning , fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning and name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tank mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning . All the cleaning and sterilization staffs should under accidental insurance coverage. Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scals and same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the provision. Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tank sterilization. Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank i.e No water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/blockage to be included in quoted rate . Note : The work shall be carried through specialized agency Rays Cleantech/Inus Watertech/Satya Enterprise.

M & L Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc set and jointing in neat cement slullry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed.
