Isolate/de-energize the supply to the LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 100 Amps to 400 Amps and voltage 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening the doors/covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear,MCCB, metering etc and re-fixing the same/New in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the panel board comprising of the following:- a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower . b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required. Note : Spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of this BOQ.

Supply only 3 phase digital multi function meter with suitable accessories and fixing arrangements.

Supply only Voltmeter of range 0 to 500 Volts as per existing model/ capacity.

Supply only Ammeter of range 0 to 500 Volts as per existing model/ capacity.

Supply only Indicator lamp neon/ LED type, RBY as per existing model/ capacity .

Supply only CT coil ratio 200/5 as per existing model/ capacity.

Supply only in repairs of aluminium busbar (40x5mm)350 Amps capacity with colour code sleeve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel hinges suitable for LT panel board shutters including welding, riveting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surface by scrapping existing painted( out side surface) of LT Panel board /Feeder piller of size not more than 1.5m x 0.75m x 1.2m and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) and one coat of heat resistant paint of approved quality and colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down,Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet conforming to IS-8623 and IP-54, indoor type panel, totally enclosed weather, dust & vermin proof with front and rear opening, 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of capacity 350 Amps for 3Ph(RYB) & 350 Amps for Neutral, insulated with PVC sleeves coloured in RYB & black complete with copper conductor internal wiring & foundation with 75x75x6 mm thick angle iron frame grouted in PCC 1:3:6 upto hight specified by Eng-in-charge and as directed including painting all over internally and externally with poweder coated paint with lock and key system complete and including of the following items.

(a) 200 Amp FP Micorprocessor based MCCB with a breaking capacity of 36kA with Ics=Icu 100%,along with suitable spreader links 01 No. (b) 100 Amp FP Thermal magnetic release adjustable MCCB with a breaking capacity of 16kA with Ics=Icu 100%,along with suitable spreader links 02 Nos. Note : Spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of this BOQ.

Supply only power contactor for 415 volt asper existing model/capacity.

Supply only timer relay for 415volts as per existing model/ capacity.

Supply only phase sequence relay for 415 Volts as per existing model/ capacity.

Supply and fixing in replacment of Automatic Phase sequence corrector 15 HP motor protection with due proof,vermin proof duly powder coated enclosure. Protection IP-54 with no breakdown of lifts, 3 phase system due to change in phase sequence. Complete with phase sequence relay,Contactor,timer,MCB,indication light, connector terminal etc including necessary wiring and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment of Automatic Phase sequence corrector 20 HP motor protection with due proof,vermin proof duly powder coated enclosure. Protection IP-54 with no breakdown of lifts, 3 phase system due to change in phase sequence. Complete with phase sequence relay,Contactor,timer,MCB,indication light, connector terminal etc including necessary wiring and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of the defective change over switch and Supply & installation in replacement of enclosed automatic Transfer switch of capacity 100amps 415 volts 3 phase with double break contact system and delay timer control including all fixinging arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Soft / loose soil including forming bottom surface etc.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed including spreading and levelling not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of sub Class 'B', old size bricks designation 75, for cable protection in trenches completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand river free from clay for cushioning of cable laid in trenches, spread , levelled and compacted completed all as specified and as directred . NOTE :- Punned thickness only be measured for payment purpose

M&L for Galvanised iron pipe light grade with all fitting 50 mm bore laid in trenches / floor/ road crossing for protection of UG cablescomplete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less' than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of copper/galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.Note : i) Earth work , GI tube for watering, funnel with wire mesh,PCC pit with RCC cover and earth test point all inclusive.ii) Earth lead beyond 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board lead shall be measuredseparately. iii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M & L in replacement of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc using 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.
