Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M.in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineer incharge. excluding Royallity. S/L P:C:C (1:6:12) with 40 mm gauge brick ballast ,fine sand of 1.25 f.m and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials, labour, tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.{ AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.01 ITEM NO 273 }

First class Brick Work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work. Same as item no. 306 but in 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM )

Supply and fixing of Kota stone in flooring 20 mm thick and joint filled with 1:2 cement and coarse sand with approved colouring materials to be given an even shade with 20 mm base coat (bedding) of 1:4 cement & coarse sand morter and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with french manson polish or other approved polish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Desposal of refused material/malwa distance up to 8 km etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2020 /231( a).
