Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mt (200 feet)

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deterious materials and disposal upto a lead to 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, side of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by rammin and watering lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5 m

Cartage of ballast, kankar, coal, grit or sand etc including loading and un;oading but excluding but excluding stacking on pucca roads 3 km.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required and as per directed by the Engineer -in charge for proper completion of the work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Laying and fixing of NP-3 Hume Pipe (900 mm dia) in proper position as directed by E/I including cartage of pipes / collars upto 30m distance (labour only) excluding cost of pipes / collars

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc. wroought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc & their fixing required for proper completion of the work.
