M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP + Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min. 2 days and then top coated with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, antibacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The application is to be done by company approved applicator only.

Dismantling, floor any type, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid in floors set and jointed as per manufacturer's instructions Over & including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6.00 here inbefore but skirting including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x350/7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed inwhite or colour cement to match rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on vertical surface as in backing coat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non- skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each coloured tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles including laying screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cm 1:6, complite all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS 1.25 mm thick MS plain black sheet in steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded as required. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25 mm dia decorative type c chromium plated anodised aluminium alloy with fixing brackts and all other connected works, complete all as spesified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed bese laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish inluding Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) cover concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with WPC 2% wt of cement inclduing finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 over primed surface of roof slab @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gms/sqm as per manufacturers instructions over bituminous layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.5 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabrick (Weight not less than 150gms/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor. Membrane shall be laid with 100mm side/end lap on prepared surface as per manufacturer instruction work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supervision of technical staff of manufacturer. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) cover concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with linesed oil @ 3% wt of cement inclduing finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement inclusive linesed oil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, 02 nos tower bolts complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & fixing only Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 3mm thick figured glass pin head type glazing with oil putty on metal frame or wooden beads in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine precast concrete Hydraulic pressed rubber moulded interlocking coloured paver block glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 – 2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment including 40 mm thick sand cushioning layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium batten point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. (iii) Decision of GE shall be final and binding in respect of serviceability of fittings/fixture. (iv) Exhaust fan and ceiling fan shall be taken down in under separate item of this schedule.

(b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealconduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
