Dismantling aluminum / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Engaging labour for the removing of unserviciable material from artifact room, cleaining of exterior portion of store area & lifting of old furniture from the building area upto distance of 500mtr.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately.) Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architecturaldrawings and the directions of engineer in-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

Finishing walls with acrylic Smmoth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanized (minimum coating 5 micron)dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2 ) counter sunk head, comprising of 10 m dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete masonry etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.10x160mm

Providing & fixing wooden cabinets having 19mm thick MR plywood (make as approved by the engineer in charge) 1.0 mm thick sunmica (any colour/ shade approved by engineer in charge) to be fixed on external side of the cabinets & 0.8mm thick Sunmia of off white colour to be fixed on internal side, hydralic hinges (godrej or hettich make ) handles of superior quality/ finish & 75mm drawer & cup board lock (godrej or hettich make) Complete Job including loading & unloading of material (Measurement for height to be made above the stainless steel cabinet legs)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing & fixing superior quality solid embrosed poly carboneted sheet 3m thick (any colour/shade approved by engineer in charge ) including fixing with SS self drilling scrrem on top of the sheet.

Providing & fixing 12mm thick particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade 1) or graded wood particle board IS:3087 marked to frame, bacling or studding with screw etc complete (moisture resistance) & 10mm thick sunmica (any colour/shade) should be fixed with adhesive inclusive of all Taxes & carriage complete job.(Make as approved by Engineer in charge).

Providing& Fixing of 19mm thick plywood of superior quality ( Moisture resistance) on the existing wall surface including fixing of shelves sandwich between two similar pieces of 19mm thick plywood.The plywood & the shelves must be covered with 1.0 mm thick sunmica. (Make & any colour/shade of sunmica must be approved by Engineer in charge).All inclusive of all taxes including carriage complete job.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling tiles upto a height of 5 Metres above floor level over wooden frames and rendered smooth with plaster of Paris (frame work to be paid separately).

Engaging labour for demolishing of half brick masonry of parapit walls & RCC slab including disposal of unservisable material upto distance of 500 mtr
