Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description at any position not otherwise specfically provided for or as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down completely existing treatment along with plaster as in sunken slabs and its vertical faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions, surface finished even & smooth using extra cement (IWPC shall be measured and paid seperately) as in sunken slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2kg/Sqm including cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC, on concrete surfaces of sunken slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement (IWPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgf/sqcm fixed to walls, floors etc of 32mm bore as in spouts for sunken slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass fillings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles 300mm x 450mm x7mm as in vetical surfaces laid over 10mm thick back coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, roof plaster etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
