Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadway in soil with hydralic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines , grades and cross section, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters as per relevant clauses of section 300 of specification.

Granular Sub-Base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) Table:-400-1& Table 400-2 .Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone CBR >30 ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC , and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 KN static weight to acieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of specification.

Water Bound Macadam ,Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification. (i) Grading- I (63 to 45mm),Using Screening Type-a (13.2mm Agg.)

Water Bound Macadam ,Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification. (ii) Grading- II (53 to 22.4mm),Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specification.

Tack Coat : Providing and applying Tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section- 503 of section @ 0.30kg/sqm ( dry & hungry bituminous surfaces / granular surfaces treated with primer )

Dense graded bituman macadam ( Providing and laying dense bituman macadam with minimum40 -60 TPH capicity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 % to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandum rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no.507 complete in all respect.for Grading II ( 19 mm nominal size bituman content 4.50 % )

Bituminous Concete ( Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix control to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compmaction as per clause 507of specification. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity and hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control. For Grading -1 (50 to 65 mm thickness) with 60/70 bitumen (VG- 30 )

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets .

Providing and leying cement concret for plain concrete /reinforced concret including form work.shuttering complete in as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of section 1500 ,1700 & 2100 with PCC Grade M- 20

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutering All work upto Plinth Level-(Ref.4.1.8, CPWD) 1:4:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
