CERTAIN BR REPAIR WORKS TO TECHNICAL BUILDINGS INCLUDING PEB STRUCTURES AT CABS CEMILAC AND STIR UNDER AGE BR II AT BANGALORE

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel / ACP / Polycarbonate sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings at height upto 20m from GL complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based profiled steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum Zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick multiwall perforated polycarbonate sheet of superior quality, UV stabilized, of approved make, colour and transparency, with uniform perforations as specified, in required size and shape, fixed over existing or new framework (steel / aluminium / uPVC as applicable) using approved fixing system. The work shall include providing necessary jointing arrangement with polycarbonate / aluminium H-connectors, U-profiles, end caps, and sealing using EPDM / neoprene gaskets and weather-grade silicone sealant to ensure proper alignment, watertightness and durability. The sheets shall be fixed with suitable self-drilling screws with washers at required spacing, allowing for thermal expansion and contraction. Edges shall be neatly finished and sealed with perforated / anti-dust tape where required, and all cut-outs / openings made good. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and tackles, loading / unloading, transportation and complete installation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium composite panel, metallic series of approved shade, the panel shall be of 3mm thick with combination of aluminium skin materials of 0.50mm thick aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material coated on external side with PVDF (Poly vinytedene floride) of KYNAR, PVDF coating containing 70% KYNAR 500 resign for antifungal and anti bacterial properties and the central core shall be natural polyethylene( LDPE and HDPE) bonded to alluminium skin on both sides cladding panel to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame with angle cleats, weather sealants, rivets, GI brackets all as approved using suitable bolts on walls including necessary accessories, scaffolding, etc., complete for finished item of work including dismantling and all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium 'C' sections of 50 x 25 x 1.5mm size as in wall cladding fabricated to panels of size as directed and including necessary corner cleats etc to accommodate aluminium composite panel fixed to masonry walls / concrete / any other fabrications, complete including taking down of old damaged aluminium sections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Galvanished iron angular bracket, 50 x 50 x 3mm size, for fixing the 'C' channel (provn on walls with holding bolt) ( Fe-290, Gde E-165) complete including taking down of old brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick rigid PUF insulated sandwich panel partitions, comprising factory-made panels with outer facing of 0.5 mm thick TCT (min 300 MPa) colour coated galvalume steel sheet (150 GSM Al-Zn coating with 20 micron polyester paint) with profiled sheet on exposed face and plain sheet on inner face, having effective cover width of 1000 mm and external profile with approx. 34.5 mm crest height @ 333 mm c/c, and core of CFC/HCFC free pentane blown rigid polyurethane foam of density not less than 40 ± 2 kg/m³, complete; panels fixed in position to floor / wall / ceiling framework using self-drilling/self-tapping fasteners with washers, including all necessary jointing, tongue-and-groove interlocking, sealing with approved sealant, providing trims, flashings, corner pieces, cutting and finishing of edges, making good all junctions, and ensuring proper alignment and rigidity, complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down existing old and damaged bird-proofing netting from the ceiling of hangars at all heights, using cutters, scissors, hand tools and other necessary equipment, without causing any damage to the existing roof, trusses, purlins, lighting fixtures, cable trays, services or any other structural / non-structural components. The item shall include carefully lowering the dismantled netting, rolling / folding, bundling, loading, transporting and depositing the recovered material in the designated store, properly stacked as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing bird-proofing using hard drawn steel wire fabric of weight not less than 4 kg/sqm, cut to required sizes, bent to shape and fixed in position over openings, ducts, windows, trusses or other areas as required, using approved method of fixing to existing structure with suitable fasteners, screws, clamps and supports; including tying with and using annealed mild steel binding wire not less than 0.9 mm diameter, complete. The work shall include necessary cutting, bending, lapping, edge folding, proper tensioning and firm fixing to effectively prevent entry of birds, including making good all disturbed portions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : The quoted rate shall be deemed to include works at height upto 20m from GL including necessary scaffolding.
