Material and Labour for crack repair work in walls :- (1) Cleaning surface around crack, joint should be free from loose particles and dust, cutting 'V' shaped groove of size in range 6 to 25 mm wide at wall surface and to a depth equivalent to wall thickness along the crack line by machinical or manual means, then cleaning the groove by wire brush to remove loose particles and then washed by water jet, and fixing nozzle and reparing cracks using Fosroc Rendroc CS chemical by volume or W/P ratio 0.36 by weight, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for crack repair work in RCC members like slabs & chajjas as follows:- Chipping the loose particles upto 300mm on either sides of crack and to a depth of 25mm behind the reinforcement bar and corrosion treatment shall be done to existing corroded as well as newly exposed serviceable reinforcement/ rod and then applying bonding agent nitobond SBR to the steel surfaces, including provision of formwork i.e., bottom shuttering to be provided before pouring of concrete (MICRO CONCRETE using Rendroc RG-Spl) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
