Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 3 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete, unreinforced, in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium/uPVC/Toughened glass door/window shutters from frame, repairs to shutter and frame and making good and serviceable and refixing to existing frame including greasing/oiling and repair/replacement of accessories like rubber kit, beading, handle, hinges, screws and similar items etc as all carpenter works complete all as specified.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with BWR(boiling waterproof grade) plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides & one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Century/Green ply/Kit ply/Archid Note : - (i) Teak/Walnut veneer and satin lacquered finish plus brass trim. (ii) all edges shall be sealed with hardwood lipping or PU sealer with polish.

S&F 1mm thick wood grain printed Sunmica/PVC sheet (Design as approved by Engr in Charge) fixed or laid on to flush doors by using rubber based adhesive, supplying & fixing at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30mm thick IInd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.
