Description of job work: (a) Dismantling taking down 12.5 HP non clog single stage sumersible centrifugal mono block sewage pump set oil emerged type, 3 phase, 415 volts capacity any make and in any position alongwith column pipe from well after dewatering the well and disconnecting delivery end connection with the help of chain pully/tripod and cleaning the all parts and inspecting/ checking the serviceability state of all parts and repairing/replacing the unserviceable parts with new parts and reassembling the whole parts in its original position and lowering the pump set complete with cloumn pipe in the well and fixing/connecting with existing delivery/ suction complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Repairing work of any parts except the work mentioned in item. (b) Replacement of any unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items here-in-after. (c) Old u/s nuts, bolts & washers will not be used for fixing of column pipe. -01 Job (b) Dismantling of 3 phase induction motor of capacity 12.5 HP non clog single stage sumersible centrifugal mono block sewage pump set oil emerged type, 3 phase, 415 volts and strip opening, cutting, removing old unserviceable burnt out winding from motor stator assembly and cleaning the slots and rewinding of the stator assembly with super quality enamelled copper conductor winding wires of same gauge & quantity of the original winding, including suitable insulating paper, insulated sleeves, varnishing etc and reassembling, making all connections with the terminal plate, soldering of winding coils etc complete. -01 Job (c) S & F bearing 7312 BG & 6309 -2 RS 1 for submersible sewage pump set 12.5 HP complete - 01 Job (d) S & F oil seal any type and make parts of submersible sewage pump set 12.5 HP nonclog single stage submersible centrifugal mono block sewage pump set oil emerged type, 3 phase, 415 volts capacity complete -01 Job (e) S & F engine oil/lubricant suitable for submersible sewage pump set parts of submersible seage pump set 12.5 HP non clog single stage sebmersible centrifugal mono block sewage pump set oil emerged type, 3 phase, 415 volts cpacity. -01 Job (f) S & F ring rubber suitable for 12.5 HP non clog single stage submersible centrifugal mono block sewage pump set oil emerged type, 3 phase, 415 volts capacity complete -01 Job
