ARRANGEMENT FOR RELAYING/PICKUP OF ANCHOR MOORING TO FACILITATE DREDGING OPERATION IN FRONT OF BARGE JETTY 1 and 2, HDC, HALDIA (EPC MODE).

Lifting & refixing of anchors with chains connected to the pontoons at Barge Jetty 1&2 including the following : a) Lifting of 4 nos chain of length 55.00 mtr (Approx.) each and diameter of each link is 51.00 mm fixed with Anchors of 3.5 MT (Approx.) weight, each chains are deeply embedded in river mud which is connected with pontoon. b) Providing temporary mooring facility to secure, positioning of the pontoons to facilitate uninterrupted dredging operations. c) After completion of dredging, secure the above pontoons by reinstalling with the help of Chains and Anchors etc., to restart the operation safely. d)Necessary replacement of links (if required), have to be performed, however, chain will be supplied Departmentally and new D-shackle (if required) will be supplied by the contractor along with MTC, etc. all complete as per direction of EIC. The work include all handling, lifting, transportation, fixing, testing, alignment, adjustments, repositioning and all other incidental works required for satisfactory completion of the work. e. Supply and installation of 4 nos. M.S. buoy of having length 1800 mm and dia 600 mm with 16 mm dia PVC weir of each buoy. Note: 1. No extra payment will be made for working under tidal conditions. 2. Dredging work is not included in the subject tender. 3. Necessary equipment, tools & tackles etc. required to complete the entire work has to be supplied by the contractor and no extra payment will be made for this.
