Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within or outside the site at an unobjectionable place.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, within premises and lift upto 1.5m

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand within specified grading zone of fine aggregates specified in table 3.1, clause 3.1.3 of attached specifications under floors, etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, each deposited layer to be compacted by ramming including watering, consolidating and dressing complete.Local Fine Sand within grading zone IV

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars & disposal of unserviceable material outside site to an unobjectionable place as/ direction of Engineer-in-charge

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level:

1:3:6(1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate of 20mm)

Providing and laying in position, machine batched & machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9109 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix (if any) will be recoverable separately. No extra payment against extra cement if used shall be payable.

i) M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete UP TO PLINTH LEVEL

ii) M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete ABOVE PLINTH & UP TO FLOOR 5 LEVEL

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings,bases of columns, Slab etc. for mass concrete

Supply of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels

Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars of Fe- 500D grade or more, conforming to IS1786

Providing & Laying Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (Any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level UP TO FLOOR V LEVEL excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

i) RCC 1 Cement :1 Coarse Sand: 2 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximates spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification).)

Structural painting

Surface cleaning by using air blower as per technical specification & application of Sika® Ferrogard®-903 or Fosroc make Nitoprime 320PU/Dekguard EP302 or equivalent by suitable means as Per manufacturer’s recommendation and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate inclusive of labours, materials, tools &tackles, all complete. (Including scaffolding)

Surface preparation by mechanically or manually, cleaning, application of two coats of UV resistance protective coating based on us resin Sikagard® PU(UR) /Dekguard PU or equivalent on external concrete Surface as per manufacturer’s recommendation and technical specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including labour, materials, tools, tackles, curing all complete. (Including scaffolding)
