Steel centering for soffits of RCC members including shuttering,strutting to the centring and providing supports etc.complete for the following members using MS Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 Gaugesstiffened with welded MS angles of size 25 x 25 x3mm laid over Silver Oak(country wood) joists of size 10 x 6.5 cm (spaced at about 90cm C/C) and supported by Casurania props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia. spaced at 75 cm C/C and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.The centring materials should be supplied and should be removed after the specified stripping time of the concrete as per IS 456/1978.

Plastering with C.M. 1:5(One part of cement and Five parts of sand) with 12mm thick over brickwork portion including labour charges for mixing finishing and curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Special ceiling plastering for RCC Slab with C.M.1:3(One part of cement and Three parts of sand) 10mm thickover RCC surface including labour charges for mixing finishingand curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and fixing of MS door (Single leaf) of sizes 1.00 x 2.00m in MS angle 50 x 50 x 4mm and MS flat 35 x 6mm with MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locing arrangements including two coats of approved enamel painting over one coat of primer

Supply, fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rods including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of RCC box type jolly of size 0.6 x 0.45 m

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 %
