M&L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B0 ,1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate , louvers and jallies, 65 mm thick ( measured solid), including all mouldings frame set in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto ( For adjustment of rates only)

Supply and spreading pebbles stone 10 mm to 20 mm size for sludge drying beds of 750 KLD STP and 250 KLD STP complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

M&L for Rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule 'A' PART-II:(MANNING AND OPERATION ) Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant for 1st year of capacity 750 m3/day (750 KLD) installed and provided under this contract as per item No 1 of BOQ for 3 shifts of 8 hrs each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experience operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hrs and including all consumable materials/ chemicals (such as sodium hypo chloride and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant) complete all as specified and directed.

Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant for 2nd year of capacity 750 m3/day (750 KLD) installed and provided under this contract as per item No 1 of BOQ for 3 shifts of 8 hrs each per day from certified date of completion of work by employing one well experience operator in the trade and one helper in each shift of 08 hrs and including all consumable material/ chemicals (such as sodium hypo chloride and any other chemical required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant) complete all as specified and directed

Note for Srl item No 85 to 88 :- (i) The labour employed shall not be continued after 11 months. (ii)Contractor's quoted rate shall deemed to include removal of dried siudge and its disposal outside MD land during manning and operation period. (iii) Testing of treated sewage shall be got done by the contractor's from any Govt approved lab or lab approved by GE on a monthly basis during the manning and operation period and test report shall be submitted to GE.Contractor's quoted rate shall deemed to include for the same.
