Providing and erecting of Portable Toilets at Indora Complex of WCL HQ, Nagpur

Providing and Errecting of Portable Toilet (size=4x8x7.5 feet) including wash basin (size=12x15), light. MCB, switch, exhaust fan (size=6x6"), over head water tank of 200 ltr. door (72X30X1.25), european type WC (size=540x380x385mm) and urinal of flat back bowl with flushing rim (size=440x265x355mm) with all fittings complete as per following technical specifications. A-Base 1. Base frame used are of pressed mild steel channel section (75x40 mm). 2. Main structural elements are of i beam 100x50mm and cross member is of C channel section of size 75x40mm. B-Side and End wall 1. Side and end frames made out of pressed section of suitable profiles/pillars of sufficient strength i.e. 65x65mm square MS tube. 2. 8mm MDF boards used for interior walls and celling. 3. All sheets are G.I. corrosion resistance with thickness of 0.5 mm on roof and 0.5 mm on side walls exteriorly. 4. Vertically corrugated sheet panels that are continously welded to top side and base structure to offer better strength to weight ratio. 5. All gapes sealed at edges & at seams, bottom etc for preventing ingress of moisture. C-Flooring 1. Bottom frame provided of 18mm cement board (fixed by means of self tapping screws.) 2. Vinyl flooring. D-Paint 1. Epoxy zinc phosphate primer and synthetic Epoxy paint used for final 2 coats (corrosion free & fire proof paint). E-Insulation 1.25mm thick glass wool insulation used for walls as well as 25mm thick glass wool insulation provided for roof. F-inner Panelling 1. Aesthetically finished interior that provide custom built apperance with high quality workmanship. 2.All vertical & horizontal corners neatly & smoothly finished with aluminium sections (5 mm thick). G-Main Entry Door (Material will be same as body material) 1. The door interior finished with same material matching with that of bunk house interior. 2. Door provision with locking arrangernent with separate handles of both side of door as required. (Door Size 72X30X1.25"). Η Electrical System 1. Portable toilet provided with concealed electrical copper cable and wiring suitable for 250 volt, 50Hz single phase AC power supply. 2. Copper cable used are of 3/19 cable for lighting circuits. 3. ISI marked & concealed PVC conduits insulated copper wire used for wiring in PVC conduit with small size distributed board with MCB protection & to separate with main supply. 4. Cabin shall be with light fixture/fitting.
