S/L P:C:C (1:6:12) with 40 mm gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 f.m and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials, labour, tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer

R.C.C work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level mild puliya

First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etc all completed as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 20 SI NO 6.05 ITEM NO 305 (a)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

S/L CC (1:2:4) with 20 mm stone grit, coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 279 (a).

12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion

Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats

Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on old surface with two or more coat to give an even even shade after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droping and other foreign matters and sand papered

Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or superior synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
