SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (B/R WORKS) Material & labour for providing and erecting at site self supported steel H- Frame Scaffolding for structural repairs of column with micro concrete or columns jacketing with cross bracings of good quality without dents and corrosion to reach place of work including approaches, extension, working platform ladders, lifting tackle necessary wall anchors for men and materials till completion of all structural repair items of work and curing period etc. complete. The work should be carried out with all the safety belt and adequate labours insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor this item should be used only for structural repair work for entire period of building. (Payment should be only once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.) etc complete.

Material & labour for providing and fixing 6mm thick plywood to covering external windows including necessary backing framework to shield windows from falling debris upto 30m height and removing and taking away the material after completion of work including making good any incidental damage(s) to the existing building or its finishes complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - i) The covering material shall be the property of contractor after completion of work and removing outside MD land. ii) The measurements for payment shall be made in terms of the area protected by such covering for the complete duration of the work in Phase-I. (In case of any damage the same shall be replaced by the contractor at extra cost to the govt)

Material & labour for providing and erecting external safety Net of opening 75mm x 75mm in addition vertical fisher net arrester on the first floor and vertically throughout to prevent debries failling while execution of work, to hold / absorb the debries stone impact during the entire period of work. The work shall be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisior and removing after completion of work complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric upto 30m height or CGI/pre-painted GI sheet with all necessary fixing arrangement/ MS framing work as per ground situation including necessary beading of thread & including G.I. rings to ensure that it remains in good serviceable condition & position for the work duration as required by Engineer in charge. (a) Woven PVC / HDPE Cloth. Note: Payment shall be made for actual flat area of wall and for once only for the complete duration of the work in Phase-I. (In case of any damage the same shall be replaced by the contractor at extra cost to the govt) The cloth/GI sheet will be the property of agency after completion of work & must be removed from the premises after completion of work in phase-I as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carefully tapping with light hammer the hollowness / De-bonded plaster and chipping the same with chisel after demarking and cutting the boundary grooves by electric cutting machine including removal of debris.

Breaking carefully the loose concrete of distressed member without damaging existing strong concrete by means of sharp chisel which should tempered regularly of high frequency low impact hammer is used, cleaning the surface by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ sq.cm pressure to remove chlorides and loose partials, air drying the surface etc. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labor insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor. (The damaged ceiling / concrete will be measured) etc... Complete

Providing and erecting steel tubular props of required height up to 14' feet, L head or flat head braced at center and supporting a continuous 2"X 3" wooden runner , resting on wedge and block minimum capacity 3 Ton to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintain them in position till required item etc. complete. The props are erected in perfect vertical in plumb taking /transferring the load equally/ uniformly. The location of every prop should be one over another floor and it should not be eccentric. The tightening of every prop should be uniform to all props to strain the building uniformly, removing the same as and when directed by structural engineer/ site Engineer. The work should be carried out with all the safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor and remove the same completion of work etc. complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for without disturbing structural element and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Demolition of RCC work i.e. pardi, roof, floor, beam, staircase, landing, chajjas & wall manually/by mechanical means without disturbing structural element including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal of material shall be the responsibility of the contracts and rate shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal of material shall be the responsibility of the contracts and rate shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing reinforcement with hammer tapping and cleaning with wire/rotary wire brush fixed to hand drill machine, making the surface free form loose corrosion material, dirt, scaling etc. and applying two coats of polymer based alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B 117 by means of brush with time interval of 1 hour between two coats, The product should converts the rust in to stable organo metallic complex molecule layer, this should also act as primer to further treatment of steel complete all as per manufacturers instructions and with approved applicator as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - The work shall be carried out with safety belt, helmet etc. and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor.

Material & labour for anticorrosive treatment with two coats of IPNET-RB (CBRI known how) on exposed reinforcement by means of brush with time interval of 4 hours between two coats and shall be allowed to dry for further treatment complete all as per manufacturers instructions and with approved applicator as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - The work shall be carried out with safety belt, helmet etc. and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor.

Material & labour for providing and applying two coats of concrete penetrating hi- tech corrosion inhibition mechanism inhibits corrosion of steel in concrete at the poles, cathode & anodic simultaneously on concrete surface which is prepared earlier complete all as per manufacturers instructions and with approved applicator as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - The work shall be carried out with safety belt, helmet etc. and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor.

Material & labour for replacing distressed/ loose/ cracked/ porous carbonated. Loose part of concrete and repairing the damaged surface of concrete, fixing the formwork/ structural element, pouring the free flow ready mix micro concrete mix with 5 litres to 7 litres of water in the formwork. Microconcrete should be mixed in steel tray homogeneously to a consistency based on type of structural element and its location. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc complete all as specified and directd by the Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing formwork to sides and soffits of floor, roof beams, pillars, posts struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns/RCC members for casting distressed / loose/ cracked/ damaged surface of concrete , fix the form work/ structural element, pour the free flow ready mix micro concrete ( with water to microconcrete ratio of 1:8 or as per manufacturers instructions ) in the form work. Micro concrete shall be mixed in mechanical mixing vessel to achieve a homogeneous blend as per requirement of structural element and its location complete all as per manufacturers instructions and with approved applicator as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - The work shall be carried out with safety belt, helmet etc. and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor.

M&L for providing and applying 15 mm thick polymer mortar to load carrying RCC member in two layers (10 mm + 5 mm) in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight, of approved polymer, cement and washed quartz sand conforming to IS- 383 with required consistency for desired floating,mixed in a mechanical mixer including curing complete all as maufacturer's instruction and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Making up lost section of concrete / mortar with thixotropic repair mortar is one component thixotropic dual shrinkage compensated fiber reinforcement formulation for structural members. Build up section by hand packing as per manufacturers specification, applied by mean of hand glouse by expert applicator, the rehabilated surface should be free from air gaps, voids should be in line with existing required line and line with existing surface, including curing, cleaning the area etc. complete. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor etc. complete.

Providing and Fixing Shear connectors of 8mm dia. HYSD steel with two component, styrene & cement free, epoxy-acrylate fixing and anchoring compound supplied in self mixing Cylinder-in-cartridge form that avoids site mixing using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of 12mm diameter to a minimum depth of 100mm at required locations, inclusive of all material, manpower and equipment.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof slab, roof beams, columns etc complete all as specifed and directed by the Engr-in- charge

M&L for TMT CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips complete all as specified .

M&L for TMT CRS bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge

Providing and applying approved epoxy resin EPI Bond of Krishna conchem or equivalent before polymer plaster/ concrete to have the perfect bond between old concrete and new concrete/ polymer plaster surface confirming to ASTM-C- 882-87 using nylon brushes scaffolding labour etc. complete.

Providing and applying priming cum bonding coat of polymer of approved make and quality as approved by engineer- in - charge and cement slurry in 1:1 proportionate by weight to concrete area by brush or any other established method etc. complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for existing shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated hard/ dense soil n exc 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 14mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge and work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Providing and Injecting the fixed packer two-component low viscosity (<350 cps) epoxy resin system that achieves compressive strength in excess of 55 MPa at 1 day & 65 MPa at 7 days. and shall exceed 15 MPa in slant shear bond strength with minimum pot life of 30 minutes at ambient temperatures complying with ASTM C881, Type 1 & 4, Grade 1, Class B &C using any of the standard pressure grouting methods at a maximum pressure of 2kgs/sq.cm. till refusal and allowing the epoxy grout to cure before removal of packers inclusive of cost of Material, Manpower and Equipment.

Providing and Injecting high performance non shrink, free from high strength antiwash Polymer Cement Grout by addition of water as per manufacturers specification into hoeycombing area/ porous concrete including drilling of holes minimum 50 mm in concrete, fixing nipples, injecting grout by suitable pump at pressure of 2.0 kg/cm2 and subsequently cutting/ removal of nipples and sealing of holes with epoxy putty EPW 1010 etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling and fixing 8mm,10mm re-bars with 'Fischer/Hilti' system and chemical, etc. Steel to be paid sepreatly.

M& L for Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

M&L for Brick work work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & labour for rendering 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two coats 12 mm thick base coat and 8 mm thick finishing/ final coat. Polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster should having minimum compositionof 1:5:15 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external wall plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good, consistency as per manufacturer's specification including using richer mix for making corners complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening as per specification and drawings shown in SSR Part II complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame as per specification and drawings shown in SSR Part II complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium sections for partitions, windows, ventilators and doors including fabrication of frame/shutters and fixing to walls/floors with necessary lugs, cleats etc including all accessories such as glazing clips, handles, tower bolts, rollers rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified Note: - (i) Glass panes will be measured & paid separately.
