Contract for Sugar Handling for the crushing season 2023-24

Description

Carrying of empty bags bails from store & separate torn bags printing of marka on jute empty bags by printing machine.

Carrying empty bag & filling sugar from bins, weighing, stitching by contractor operator, (tag for jute bags will be arranged by the contractor as per sample approved by the Mills) numbering on PP bags bags by lazer machine as per standard approved by the Mills ( the lazermachine will be arranged by the contractor by himeslf and Grade wise storing in drier house if required. If there is any bag of sugar without stitching & numbering then contractor will do the upper job manually & no extra rate will be given. If there is any torn bag found from drier house / Godowns that same will be empty at the hopper jali & no extra rate will be given for this job.

Rate of above point no. 2 without tagging at P.P. bags. (Opptional, If Mills required.)

Carrying sugar bag from drier house to sugar godown/ Temporary Godowns ( entry shall be from the front or back gate both sides) in the mills premises with contractor’s own vehicle & stack the 50 kg packing bag upto the height of 50 bag stack with the help of stacker/manual .

Godown no 1 to 5 (With his own Vehicle)

Godown no 6 to 8 (With his own Vehicle)

Temporary Godown in Mills premises i.e. Mills Gate park, workshop, store,canteen, cane farm etc. (With his own Vehicle)

Loading of sugar bag in trucks from sugar godown or other places( Mills may get loading of sugar from any layer in godown i.e. above 10 bags, 20 bags of 30 bags hights, no extra charges will be given)

Description

Carrying of P.P. Liners bails from store to drier house and inserts it in printed bags & makes a bail of 25 bags. where there is suggested by the Chief Chemist.

Pick the moist sugar from godowns & stack where there is suggested by the Chief Chemist.

Shifting of Sugar bags at the stack of 50 bags in the same godown.

Shifting of wet Sugar bags (wet during flood) at the required stack hight in the same godown.

Shifting of wet Sugar bags (wet during flood) at the required stack hight in the other godown/ place in Mills.

Stack of sugar in the drier house at the height of 50 bags.

Shifting of sugar from one Godown to other Godowns at the height of 50 bags. No extra cartage will be paid by the Mills for this job even for the temporary godown also.

Unload the empty jute bags bails from the trucks & stack at the height of 2 bales (rate per bail).

Unload the empty PP bags bails from the trucks & stack at the height of 4 bales (rate per bail).

Carrying the sugar bags from Sugar godowns to Mills Retail Shop With contractor own Vehicle loading / unloading included.

Exchange of torn bags from store with new ones, refill, weight & stitch manually (the manual stitching machine will be of contractor) then Stack of sugar bags in godown at the height of 40 bags.

Brown sugar produced in the season 2023-24 filled bags, weighing, stitching and stacking in godown at the height of 25 bags.

Carrying of moist Sugar from Godowns for reprocessing/ re-hoppering at boiling house/ hopper and filling the re-hoppered sugar in bags, weighing, stitching and stacking in godown in countable possible. No extra cartage will be paid by the Mills manual stitching machine will be of contractor.

Manuual filling & stiching of small sugar bags (in 2 kg, 5kg, 10 kgs & 20 kgs PP/ Poly Bags) as required by the Mills.

Shifting of brown sugar of last season 2022-23 at the sugar melter as required. No extra cartage will be paid by the Mills for this.

Shifting of moist sugar after flood at the sugar melter as required. No extra cartage will be paid by the Mills for this.

To shift the swipe sugar from godowns at the place where chief chemist suggest. No extra cartage will be paid by the Mills for this.
