REPAIR/REWINDING OF CEILING, EXHAUST FANS AND GEYSERS AND REPAIR/MAINT OF COOLING APPLIANCES INCL WINDOW/SPLIT AC/REFRIGERATOR AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT EARTHING SYSTEM INCL LIGHTENING ARRESTORS AT CHAF BANGALORE

Taking up/down carefully ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep and exhaust fan/pedestal/air circulator Fan/ wall mounted fan any size, any sweep, from various bldgs (Or collecting from MES E/M Store Yard) as directed, opening up for servicing/repairaing , removing dust and dirt ,cleaning fan motor with cotton/waste malmal, washing blades with detergent powder, servicing/Oiling , Lathe work if any required and greasing of fan of any size/type by using appropriate grade of oil/grease and Replacing defective parts such as armature, canopy, Fan blade, Ball bearing, Fan down rod, shutter/louvers , MS shaft, bush, bearing split pin, rubber bush , holding clamp, capacitor ,MS clamps, rubber packing, split pins rubber reel etc, for the smooth and satisfactory functioning, and reassembling complete, re-fixing ceiling fan /exhaust fan with proper PVC flexible pipe 20 mm dia, in same position ( or deposited to MES Store Yard ) , connecting to copper flexible cable 40/.0076 size to electrical system and including proper testing & Refixing after said work complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as in repairs (b) On testing after completion of repair,if the proper speed/smootheness is not obtained at satisfactory level of Engr-in- charge , the repairing shall be redone by the contractor at his own costs and the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The contractor shall maintain/open a Workshop and keep his electrician ready during working Hrs ( 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs ) for repair/rewinding pupose, inside MES store yard so that all the repairing/ rewinding of Fans shall be done in proper manner.

Rewinding & spray Painting (painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paints) of AC ceiling fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472mm dia upto connector block, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing.

All as per srl item no 2.00 here-in before but Ceiling Fans of 1400 mm sweep.

Rewinding & spray Painting (painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paints) of exhaust fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 300/380 mm sweep of any make with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 40/.0076mm dia upto connector block complete all as specified and directed. Note: Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing.

All as per srl item no 4.00 here-in before but exhaust fans/ wall mounting fan of 450 mm sweep

S&F in repair Capacitor AC 230 volts 2.5 mfd 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 7.00 here-in-before but 3.15 to mfd complete and all as specified.

S&F in repair for exhaust fan MS shaft for 300 mm to 450 mm size complete and all as specified.

S&F in repair of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan for 1200 mm sweep complete and all as specified.

S&F in repair of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan for 1400 mm sweep complete and all as specified.
