S & F in repairs drier filter with case and as per the existing including dismantling the unserviceable filter and kept set aside for credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make- OEM

Supply and fixing oil filter dryer of refrigerant circuit for chiller Nos. 1, & 2 in repair including dismantling the unserviceable filter kept set aside for credit complete all as specified and as directed. Make-OEM

M & L for descaling of condenser tube, chiller tube of central AC plant of capacity 2 X 100 TR (2 Nos) by disconnecting the condenser from the system, cleaning by descaling solution, cleaning condenser tube by nylon brush & mild steel rod of suitable size, replacement of rubber joints and unserviceable nut bolts including repair of leakage tube if any complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Whole process of descaling shall be done until the constant PH less than 2 is achieved. Arrangement of required T&P e.g., pump, tube, descaling solution, etc shall be provided by contractor.

Software upgradation & programming of software as per chiller design with warranty for chiller Nos1 & 2, and preventive maintenance viz. checking of all sensors, pressure gauge, thermostat and calibrating and setting the programme as per parameters given by OEM.

M & L for complete servicing of AHU/chiller starter unit installed in panel with spare parts including repair/replacement of burnt internal wiring with suitable size of copper lugs and 4/6 sqmm of PVC FRLS copper wire unit including replacement of defective parts and testing commissioning of plant after replacement of spares completed all as specified and as directed. Note: Spares required to be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M & L for cleaning the cooling tower by applying wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities such as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dome and around the fins, on wire mesh, main shaft etc. and other connected items using chemical compound based on sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid including painting condenser lines of chiller & cooling tower structure by preparation of old painted surfaces, removing dust and other deposited materials by scrapping from cooling structure along with water lines and painting of structure with two coat of mint green paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with synthetic enamel paint (first Grade/quality) from ground including writing 50 mm size figure/letter over blue, black on body for making data entry complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair contactor as per catalogue No. MNX 18 of L&T or equivalent Make mentioned under Appendix ‘B’ to Particular Specification

Supply & fix in repair overload relay for contactor MNX 18 of L&T or equivalent Make mentioned under Appendix ‘B’ to Particular Specification

Supply & fix in repair of indicator of suitable colour viz. Red, Green, Yellow

Supply & fix in repair of MCB TPN for capacity 63 Amp, 25 kA, D curve

M & L for complete servicing of AHU unit of 23000 CFM capacity installed including replacement of defective parts as under after removing and refixing of insulation etc and testing commissioning of plant after replacement of spares including cleaning of filter, including Modulating motor servicing, alignment & bearing oiling completed all as specified and directed. Note: -Spares required to be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply & fix in repair V-belt of suitable size of Make: OEM

M & L for repair and rewinding of blower motor of capacity 25 HP after taking out from its existing location, transporting to workshop, removing defective burnt wiring, rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulation paper, baking, heating , varnishing of winding, replacement of bearing, any machining and lath work as required, replacement of hardware as required etc and refixing it in existing location, testing commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for repair to starter repair with CT fan spare items contactor, OLR, wiring and copper lugs of suitable size.

Material & labour for fan motor oiling, greasing, bearing, alloy metal blade of Cooling tower fan.

M&L for repair of condenser water pump & chilled water pump oiling and greasing with servicing of capacity 10/15 HP after taking out from its existing location, and refixing it in existing location, testing commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair and rewinding of cooling tower fan motor of capacity 5HP after taking out from its existing location, transporting to work shop, removing defective burnt wiring, rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulation paper, baking, heating , varnishing of winding, replacement of bearing, any machining and lath work as required, replacement of hardware as required etc and refixing it in existing location including testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and of filling refrigerant gas R- 134A in sealed cylinders, complete NOTE ;- ( Empty gas Cylinders shall be returned to contractor after use.) Mafron/ Freon/ Fluron

Supply & fix in repair flow switch removing and fitting of chilled water & condenser water line

Material & Labour for servicing of concealed ceiling AHU of capacity 10TR installed at projector room of auditorium with cleaning, greasing including replacement of defective parts as under after removing and refixing of insulation etc and testing commissioning of plant after replacement of spares completed all as specified and as directed.
