(Area-1) Providing and fixing of CUST 535 consists of following: 1) Roto Moulded LLDPE Roofs are produced from UV stabilized virgin material. 2) RotoMoulded LLDPE Slides are produced from UV stabilized virgin material. 3) RotoMoulded LLDPE Decorations are produced from UV stabilized virgin material 4) Powder Coated / Lead free PU Paint is done on Stairs, Bridge & Platforms which is made of Galvanized Sheet with precision punched hole of 10mm. 5) 28mm Galvanized pipe are used for Platform & Ladder Railing with further treatment of powder coating /Lead free PU Paint. 6) 89mm Galvanized post are used as structure post with further treatment of powder coating/Lead free PU Paint. 7) Handrails of stairs are made of Galvanized pipe with further treatment of powder coating / Lead free PU Paint. 8) RotoMoulded LLDPE Panels are produced from UV stabilized virgin material. 9) Slide Entry Gate Panels are used for children safety so that they don’t fall down. 10) Nylon clamps are used for proper installation ofall panels. 11) All nuts will be covered with NYLON CAPS. 12) 76.8mm Galvanized pipe are used for Swing structure post with further treatment of powder coating/Lead free PU Paint,Durable rubber flap with triangular hook & PVC Coated chains for the safety of hands. 13) Platform Sizes used in this MPS-Square platform 1150 X 1150 X 85MM,Spiral platform 920 X 745 X 85MM, Trapezium Platform 2250 x 1150 x 1000 x 85MM. 14) 89mm Galvanized pipe are used for Circular Monkey Bar Structure post with further treatment of powder coating/Lead free PU Paint as per specification.

Providing and fixing KGR-11 consists of 1) Dia of this Merry Go Round - 4ft 2) 33.3MM Galvanized pipe are used for Side Railing & 113.5MM Galvanized center pipe with further treatment of powder coating /Lead free PU Paint. 3) Powder Coated / Lead free PU Paint is done on Merry Go Round Base which is made of Galvanized Sheet having thickness of 2MM with precision punched hole of 10mm. 4) Merry Go Round Grouting base is made of MS Square pipe 40x40x2.5MM. 5) Bearing fixing rod is of 50MM Dia. 6) All nuts will be covered with NYLON CAPS as per specification.

Providing and fixing of KSS-01 consists of following : 1) RotoMoulded LLDPE SeeSaw Seats are produced from UV stabilized virgin material. 2) 89MM Galvanized pipe are used for frame with Powder Coated / Lead free PU Paint is done. 3) 28MM Galvanized pipe are used for Handle Pipe. 4) Bearing 2 Nos of SKF make 6203 is fixed for smooth functioning. 5) All pipe ends will be covered with NYLON CAPS as per specification.

The agency to whom, the work has been allotted shall provide and fix Kids play Equipments at site as per approved drawing and design by Engineer-in-Chief.
