M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as floor / paths fencing etc incl necessary form work and fair finishing without using extra cement etc.complete all as specified and directed. .

Construction of valve chamber of size 60 x 60 x 90 cm (internal dimensions) with the following specifications :- (i) 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete. (ii) PCC solid block masonry 200 mm thick using grade C-5 block in CM 1:6 (iii) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and fair. (iv) PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping. (v) 3 mm thick MS sheet cover alongwith MS angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm duly embedded in coping concrete with necessary locking arrangement. (vi) Painting MS sheet cover and frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
