Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages having outlet size of 2"/2.5"/3" dia. to suit the borewell (150 / 200mm dia.), complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., For at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(15 HP Submersible motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of 7.5KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/Siemens make) for 15 HP motor complete.

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 13A to 25A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 20HP to 25HP pumpsets -(ML-1.5)

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x6 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-12.5HP to 20HP pumpset

Supplying of 3.5/4x50 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.-suitable for (30HP to 40HP pumpset)/(upto 40KVA Genset).

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc., complete - 3.5/4 x 50 / 3.5/4 x 70 sqmm cable.

Supplying and fixing of meter board of size 600mmx900mmx150mm on suitable angle frame with suitable water proof plywood 12mm thick for receiving ED supply. The board frame shall be painted and covered on all sides by 16 gauge M.S. sheet and fixed with 3 Nos. of 100 Amps fuse carrier (Havells/Standard/Anchor make) with screws etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of teak wood aerial board with 100 Amps HRC fuse base and fuse link and suitable post clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post including bolts and nuts etc., complete.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia GI pipe (Class B) conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1:1990) with GI fittings including trenching, refilling etc., complete for UG cable duct.

Supplying and fixing of copper flat (25 x 3mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

Supplying and fixing of pole clamp to hold the G.I. Pipe with electric post.

Supplying,fixing and lowering into the borewell high tensile threaded PVC column pipes which are to be connected to the submersible pump,including labour charges,jointing materials etc.,complete.-75/80 mm dia

Supplying and laying of 40mm dia. PVC pipe (Class 3 - PN 0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 4985 : 2000 for inserting submersible cable from borewell to starter.

Supply and fixing of 80/100mm dia. M.S. erection clamps of size 80mmx12mm with bolts, nuts, washer etc., complete.

Laying of under ground cable direct in ground including mud road cutting,excavation of earth, sand cushion, brick protection, back filling etc., complete. - upto 50 sqmm

Erection, testing and commissioning of motor and pumpset complete.The rate includes obtaining electricity service connection from Electricity Department also.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I / D.I. pipes and specials , including testing of joints -100mm diameter pipe

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1) (with handwheel) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. Ball type non return valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 318 & IS 1363, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -100mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. Specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Construction of load bearing RCC slopped roofed pump house building of inner size 2.40 m x 3.00m at anywhere in Puducherry region. The pump house shall be constructed over a foundation of 4 nos of 300 mm dia RCC M35 grade pile of 3m and all the piles are tied at ground level with RCC 1:1.5:3 grade beam of size 0.34*0.34m. Brick work of 34 cm width in CM 1:6 shall be constructed upto plinth for a height 0.6m. The superstructure shall of 23cm width Brick Work in CM 1:6. One shorter span wall shall be 2.45m height and another one shall be 2.4m height. The brick work shall have opening for a door of 0.9*2.4m and for 5 nos of RCC jalli of size 0.60*0.45m. The Roof of pumphouse shall be made with 10cm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 projected 15 cm beyond wall on three sides and 60cm on door opening side. For weathering, pressed clay tile provided over the RCC roof. A MS sheet door of size 0.95*2.4 shall be provided and door opening 5 nos of RCC jalli of approved pattern shall be provided. River sand filled up UG cable trunch of size 0.3*0.45 provided at one longer direction as well as one shorter direction. 4 cm thick cement flooring with 1:2:4 shall be provided over a bed of 10 cm thick CC 1:5:10 and its beneath excavated esath shall be filled and consolidated properly.

Necessary steps in Brick work in CM 1:4 shall be provided at door entry. The Brick work shall be finished with 12mm cement plaster of fininsed with 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 on even side and 15 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 on odd side. All the exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished with 6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3. All the cement plastered surfaces and jalli are painted with water proofing cement paint and MS sheet door painted with synthetic enamel paint. The detailing of reinforcement shall carried out as per IS specifications. The work shall be carried out as per current CPWD specifications and as per the approved drawing enclosed. The rate includes all labour, material, finishing charges etc., complete and executed as per direction of Engineer in charge.
