Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head submersible pump set at Jib Dugwell pumping station

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal submersible mono block pump set with following specifications Make-Kirloskar/KSB/CRI Discharge-20000GPH Head- 21- 29 meter head RPM – 2900 Motor make – KSB/CRI voltage-400+15% Job includes shifting of submersible pump set along with Allied Accessories to pumping station Jib . Job includes making connection of delivery end of submersible and also providing fitting of new pipe assembly in place of the damaged pipe assembly including MS pipe , flanges bends etc and also providing, fitting of 80 mm dia cast steel sluice valve and non return valve flanged conforming to ISI standard by way of extraction of damaged valves and installing the new valves along with providing and fitting of flanges , nuts & bolts , by way of welding . joints should be properly welded using good quality electrodes . .Job also includes providing, fitting and laying of 6mm sq submersible cable( three core) from panel installed in dug well to submersible pump set approximately 50 meter in length with proper thimbling and insulation material according to site requirements.Job further includes providing /fitting of starter of suitable specification for operating said submersible Pump . Complete job includes cost of material, labour, transport/shifting charges etc.
