Taking down carefully old existing batten/PVC casing capping (or) conduit point aluminium/ wiring i.e light, fan, Bell, socket including batten/ casing/ conduit,switch boards, laminated sheets, round blocks, MS Sunken boxes, light fittings/holders of any type, other fittings & fixtures and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors and stair cases complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old aluminium sub main wiring of any type and capacity incl. all accessories complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Old dismantled wiring and accessories will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit]

Taking down old unserviceable distribution board of any size and any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring using proper colour coding complete with 1100 Volts grade single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor with ISI mark FRLS grade, conforming to IS-694 in and including PVC medium grade conduit not less than 25 mm dia. ISI marked with all accessories concealed in wall/ceiling, floors/roof etc, including provision of modular PVC flush box module, suitable for housing of modular type switches/sockets/fan regulators, including PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor, FRLS 1100 volts grade (green colour) as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors as per existing complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

One light point controlled by one way switch 5/6 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

One Bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cable 1.5 Sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

One fan/exhaust point controlled by one way switch 5/6 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

One socket point 6 Pin 5/6 Amp on same board complete all as specified and directed.

One socket point 6 pin, 5/6 Amp on Independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4.00 here-in-before but with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size sqmm, 1100V grade for 6 pin 6/16Amps switch socket on independent board with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm using as earth continuity wire and connected to common earth dolly and making good the disturbed surfaces, walls, floors as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
