Providing and laying 230mm thick stone soling using 150mm thick random rubble stones including preparation of bed in proper slope and spreading locally available earth over pitching to fill up the gaps as binding material etc., complete.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 20 mm with cement content of 320kg/Cum and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20, overlay of fine grained aggregate concrete with cement content of 320kg/Cum, the overlay shall be placed in conquered board fashion with adjacent panels separated using glass / aluminium strips at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, shuttering, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete M35 Design mix concrete with cement content of 370kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specifications.

Supplying and placing in position High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars Fe 500D, conforming to IS:1786 for all RCC works at all levels below ground and for all heights, including supplying, cleaning, cutting, bending, fixing, tying with 16 gauge soft annealed binding wire with chairs etc. complete including cost of transporting, decoiling and straightening of bars & cost of binding wire, spacers, chairs, cover blocks as per drawings, specifications or as directed by the Engineer.

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing and application of two coats of crystalline waterproofing compound using penetron/ xypex over the top surface of base slab including washing, removing dust, dirt, oil, grease. loose particles from the parapet wall and filling the cracks in the wall using approved quality crack filler materials as per manufacturers instructions, providing one coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer and two coat of Rain guard coat type water proofing coat mixed with suitable colouring pigments to match the existing colour and shade as per the manufacturers specification.

Providing, fabricating and erection of Galvanized Iron steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant IS, including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required with providing and applying one coat of approved quality zinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing and fixing PVC coated Chain Link Fencing, mesh size of 2” X 2” and the overall thickness of 3.5 mm (50 X 50 x 9G) with Galvanishing coating thickness of 260 GSM as per IS-4826 to MS angle posts with 6mm dia GI coated MS rods, using 16G GI binding wire including providing 4mm dia GI wire horzondally at top and bottom including scaffolding, tools and tackles etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Galvanized Concertina Barbed wire Coil confirming to relevant BIS of dia 610mm (before stretch) X 50 loops, strip: 0.5mm blade thickness, 2.6mm thick wire with 260 GSM, Tensile Strength 165 Kg/Sqmm and above, Clips: 5nos per loop, Blade profile: MBBT, Blade length: 22mm(+/-2mm) distance between blades: 35mm (+/-2mm), stretch length 6mtr per coil dipped in Bituminous paint and fixed over the ‘Y’ angles provided at 3 mtr height in 3 mtr intervals including scaffolding,tools and tackles etc complete as per the specification and as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

Providing and tying GI barbed wire of Type B-1 confirming to IS: 278 (2.5 X 2.5mm Thick) and Heavily Galvanization (260GSM) as per IS:4826, dipped in Bituminous paint and at a height of 3 Meter (appx) above ground level including tying the same by GI wire with MS angle posts rigidly, all as per the drawings, specifications including scaffolding, tools and tackles etc., and as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

Dismantling the existing old Concrete works at all levels including required scaffolding, tools, labours, disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 2.00 Km etc complete as per drawings and specifications.

Dismantling of structural steel work : Dismantling either manually or with pneumatic tools or with mechanical equipment of existing metal structures in main plant without disturbing/ damaging adjacent structures ,at all elevations including cutting, grinding, stacking and handing over of all usable materials to NPCIL stores inside project area and disposal of balance surplus materials up to a lead of 2km Rates shall include all labour, plant, tools, tackles, consumables, scaffolding & staging etc. Complete all as per spefications and as directed by the engineer.

Providing and Fixing of PVC 150 mm wide, 8 mm thick ribbed / dumb bell water stopper of approved make as per IS 12200 at all elevations and location in horizontal / vertical positions, mirror welding of joints, keeping in positions during concreting etc complete as per specifications as directed.

Providing and Fixing of Expanded Polystrene Board 50mm mm thick at required elevations and location in horizontal / vertical positions, during concreting etc complete as per specifications as directed.

Providing and constructing fly ash brick masonry in CM 1:6, using fly ash bricks as per IS:12894, class designation : 5 from the approved manufacturer by NPCIL, including scaffolding, curing and racking out joints etc complete as per specifications and drawings.

Plastering of external faces of brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick using M- sand including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves, plaster bands, border, keystone etc wherever required all as per drawings and specifications

Supply and application of intermediate coat 125 micron DFT using Intergard 475HS of Akzonobel / Sigmacover 410 of Asian / Berger or any other approved equivalent, with approved shade and colours over the primer applied / existing surface of Structural steel including preparation of the surface to be painted by washing, cleaning & removing of dirt, dust, oil & grease with required agents, scaling & rust removing by scrapping, rubbing with sand paper, wire brush and buffing, grinding using mechanical tools / necessary equipments etc., as per site requirement before application of paint including scaffolding/ Manlifter/ Twin Rope Access system wherever required, with all necessary equipments, tools & tackles, labours, thinner, materials etc,complete as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supply and application of finishing coat 50 micron DFT using Interthane 990 of Akzonobel / Apcothane CF678 of Asian / Berger any other approved equivalent, with approved shade and colours over the intermediate coat applied / existing surface of Structural steel including preparation of the surface to be painted by washing, cleaning & removing of dirt, dust, oil & grease with required agents, scaling & rust removing by scrapping, rubbing with sand paper, wire brush and buffing, grinding using mechanical tools / necessary equipments etc., as per site requirement before application of paint including scaffolding/ Manlifter / Twin Rope Access system wherever required, with all necessary equipments, tools & tackles, labours, thinner, materials etc, complete as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supply and application of One coat of protective coating of Anti procarb(Anticarbonationcoating)byBerger/Fosrac/BASF/Sikagard/Asian or any other approved equivalent, with approved shade and colours over a coat of primer on concrete /plastered / existing painted surfaces of external facades; or on areas indicated in the drawings / as per the site requirements at all elevations and heights after surface preparation inclusive of curing, scaffolding/ Manlifter/ Twin rope access system, all equipments, labour, materials, tools & tackles and including the cost of application of primer, putty, crack filling, minor patch works wherever required to form smooth ground for paint surface etc; all complete as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
