S&F 16 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm each fixed with and including, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Rates for necessary scaffolding, jhulla, tools, plants and safety equipments and measures to carry out the work upto a height of G+3 building. Nothing extra on this account is payable to contractor.

The putty shall be appllied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe peneration joints to concrete etration of surface of sunken portion and M&L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementtitious coating system as Top cost : Sika Top Seal - 107 @ 1.5 kg/sqm over reinforcement : Sika Fab-1 over base coat : Sika Top Seal-107 1.5 kg/sqm etc all as specified and directed system should have compressive strength 20 N/mm2, Bond strength 2.0 N/mm2, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Entire work shall be carried out through manufacturer or its authorised representive. (b) The contractor shall furnish a 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing.

(Note : The grid/ frame shall be measured and paid for separetly).
