Drilling of 300 mm (12") bore hole by DTH machine (620 CFM) capacity method at any depth below soil/rock including disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum 13 Numbers pits)

Drilling of 250 mm (10") bore hole by rotary type method at any depth below soil/rock including disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum 6 Numbers pits)

Drilling of 200 mm (8") bore hole by rotary type method at any depth below soil/rock including disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum 12 Numbers pits)

Note for ser item No 1 to 3:- (i) The depth of drilling bore shall be upto water table and will be as directed by Engr-in-charge (ii) The rates quoted in above items srl item no 1 is deemed to be inclusive of all T&P equipments and labour required for execution of this item at site including trasportation charge for the said T&P equipments and no extra cost shall be paid for the same. (iii) Location of drilling holes for rain water harvesting (RWH) pits shall be approved by Govt Agencies/Delhi MCD/Delhi Jal Board/CGWB. (iv) Approval CGWB for execution of work shall be got carried out by contractor before commencement of work in writing where drilling bore depth is more than 30Rm. Any cost incurred for approval of points where drilling carried out for RWH shall be paid by contractor and unit rate of the item shall be deemed inclusive all.

S&F of 110 mm internal dia UPVC casing pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 in 6m length of pressure rating and less than 10Kgs/sq Cm with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 50 mm internal dia UPVC rain water pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 in 6m length of pressure rating 6 Kgs/sq Cm with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110 mm internal dia UPVC slotted pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 (SCH-40) having 3mm slots in 2.44 to 3.85 mtr length with male and female end with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed

M&L for development of bore well of any bore/ capacity and size not less than 30 mtr deep at the pressure not less than 6Kgs/Sq Cm by diesel engine driven air compressor of capacity 450 CFM including air pipe, transports and connected items for desired flow of rain water into ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge at site .

Supply & filling of pea gravels of size 3mm to 6mm around casing/ housing pipe of bore complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stack measurement of pea gravel shall be measured and entered in MB.)

Supply and filling coarse sand in bottom of recharge chamber 1.5 to 2mm size complete all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stack measurement of coarse sand shall be measured and entered in MB.)

Taking out old/existing coarse aggregate of any size, washing it high pressure water pressure at site and relaying to its original position for easy perculation of rain water pit into ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling/topping up coarse aggregate 63mm as screening material into pit complete all as specified and direcetd.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/Boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

As per item No 20 above but except bricks. (Note:- Old bricks obtained from demolition shall be used after cleaning and removing of motor).

M&L 15mm thick reudering over new brick work on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 22 but on other fair faces of brick Wall

De-silting of existing drain of size exc 0.30x0.30 mtr but n.exc.0.75x0.75 mtr and removal of clag/mud, vegetation, garbage, dry leafs etc and removing the same from site to a distance exc. 250mtr but n.exc.500 mtr in closed container and depositing as and where directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Complete depth of drain silt/mud shall be removed from site and bidders are requested to visit site and accordingly quote rate considering unit 'Per RM' length of drain with complete depth of silt/mud.

Labour for cutting thick bushes, shrubs and tree of girth not exc. 30 cm and removing/depositing the same as and where complete all as specfied and directed by E-in-C

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of drain and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing the concrete surface with out using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old/broken PCC/RCC covers of any size and S&F of SFRC perforated cover heavy duty 100mm thick set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. (Note: Covers shall be measured in complete and no deduction shall be made for perforation.)

M&L pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in cover slab inclusive of form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. (Note :- TMT bars shall be measured and paid seperately)

Dismantlling old/broken PCC/RCC covers of any size and any type complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement framed work such as in grills, gratting, angle Iron, MS strip, MS Sheet upto 3mm, etc with ends of bars, shoulder or revetted or forged into spike frame, guard bars barred iron door, railing frame or similar work and locking arrangement including cutting, drilling, welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of steel surface with two coat of syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth including getting out in soft/loose/ Hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc.1.5m wide and not exc. 3 m wide and depth exc 1.5m but not exc. 3 m including getting out in soft/loose/ Hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

Retuning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25Cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials and depositing to a distance not exc 50m where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of roof any size/ any type including removing waste material from top and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 250m from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel bars TMT bars 12mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape quired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips deformed bars complete all as specified and directed

M&L sign board made out of 2mm thick in Radium plain sheet steel of size 120x90 Cms painted both side with over a coat of red oxide primer and writing both side "Rain water harvesting (RWH) pit No, GE (U) water supply" with white paint over approved painted back ground and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of 30cmx30cm x 30 cm at 2 mtr height above ground level complete with angle Iron of size 50x50x5 mm including taking down old unsv sign board all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 100 mm dia HDPE pipes PN 10 including taking down old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 1000 ltrs PVC under ground tank tripple layer wall and including all fittings etc including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 2000 ltrs PVC under ground tank tripple layer wall and including all fittings etc including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing under ground water tank of any capacity as per site requirement but not more than 5000 liters capacity tank taking out mud, sand, aggregate etc complete all as specified and as directed

Note:- Sch of credit amount of Rs.154070/- shall be deducted from total quoted BOQ Amount when work acceptance letter issued.
