Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masnory, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforcement (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Seprating , scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Barbed wire in fencing of any description all as specified.

Dismantling concertina coil (of extended length 8 meter) of any dia, any description or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells,cesspits, manholes, piers holes, etc not exceeeding 10Sqm on plan and getting ont in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returnig, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, using old size straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1.:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, basses of columns, raft and raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces all as specified.

(Unit rate also include for locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.)

Suply and fixing Galvanized, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia , barbed with 2mm dia , barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of ganvanized mild steel pins etc, as directed.

Supply and fixing concertia coil galvanized 60cm dia (8mtr length) including securing tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer all as apecified and directed.

Merial and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( usinfg 12.5mm graded agg) as coping , roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, cills, copping etc and like including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including fair finishing to top surface and includig form work where required as directed by Engineer- in - Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work as in grills/guard bars etc. with ends of bars shoulders or revited conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including a shop coat of red oxide primer (including preparation of surfaces) complete all as specified.

Mild steel (MS Angle Iron) as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops shape as directed welding, drilled notching for wire etc incl all necessary drilling etc. And similar work incl embedding in concrete conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 incl one shop coat of red oxide primer (incl preparation of surface) at contractor's work shop all as specified. (For temporary cladding of PGI Sheeting at the place of demolition of boundary wall as and when required including excavation of post holes)

Material labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel shaeet 0.5m thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (For temeporary cladding of PGI Sheeding at the places of demolition of boundary wall as and when required and used number of timess) and take back used sheet.

Supply and fixing for 110mm PVC (SWR) bore pipe single socket for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming squares in grooves in plaster n exc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face plaster at the junction of brickwork and RCC.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amont of Rs. 439,800.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
