Part - A - Supply of pre coated sheets and roof accessories

Supply of pre coatedgalvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) High tensile steel materialof minimum 0.5mm BMT(bare metal thickness i.e.metal thickness excluding thickness for Zinc Aluminium coating and colour coating) coated with zinc alloy (AZ 200), grade G 550 as per AS 1397. External Face painted with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP content of 30% to 50%) paint or Super Polyester paint, of minimum 20 Microns (nominal) Dry Film thickness over primer coat of minimum 5 microns (nominal).Internal Face painted with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP content of 30% to 50%) paint or Super Polyester paint, of minimum 10 Microns (nominal) Dry Film thickness over primer coat of minimum 5 microns (nominal)..Sheet should have protective guard film to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge

supply of roofing accessories of High tensile steel material of minimum 0.5mm BMT(bare metal thickness i.e.metal thickness excluding thickness for Zinc Aluminium coating and colour coating) coated with zinc alloy (AZ 200), grade G 550 as per AS 1397.

Part- B - Installation of pre coated sheets and roof accessories : Fixing of new sheet (including transportation & lifting arrangment to required height with necessary tools and tackles) using self drilling / self tapping screws of size ( min 5.5x 55 mm) of class 4 complying to AS 3566 ( coating thickness upto 45 microns) along with aluminium cyclonic plate of thickness min 2.5 mm, width compatible with sheet with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch of trough or 250(+/-100)mm, whichever is lesser and in longitudinal direction at every runner/purlin location (Max.1.0 -1.2m), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Extra over item No 1 for fixing above 15 mts upto 35 mts height

Extra over item No 1 for fixing above 35 mts upto 60 mts height

Extra over item No 1 for fixing above 60 mts upto 100 mts height

Fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories using self drilling/ self tapping screws class 4 complying to AS 3566 ( coating thickness upto 45 microns complete

Re-Fixing of existing sheet using self drilling / self tapping screws of size ( min 5.5x 55 mm) of class 4 complying to AS 3566 ( coating thickness upto 45 microns) along with cycloinic plate of thickness min 2.5 mm, width compatable with sheet with EPDM seal by placing in position. The sheets may be in dislodged position / shifted position which has to be placed in positioned and re-fixed. The arrangement for safe approach of the location and fixing the sheet has to be done by the contractor

Part C - Safety equipment

supply of roof ladder (aluminium) of length 03 mts with accessories to enable safe working during dismantling of existing sheet/replacing with new sheets - (ladder to be handed over to NTECL after completion of work)

supply of roof ladder of length 1.5 mts with accessories to enable safe working during dismantling of existing sheet/replacing new sheets (ladder to be handed over to NTECL after completion of work)

Supply of 0.6 mts working platform for safe working during dismantling of existing sheet and replacing new sheets with accessories (ladder to be handed over to NTECL after completion of work)

Supply of Vertical anchorage line system including MOUNTING BRACKET (SS316) - 1nos , intermediate plate set - 1nos, shock absorber (SS316) - 1nos, wire rope (Ss 316L, 8 mm dia, min 15 mts length), wire crimping assembly- 1 nos, suitable tentioner (SS316) - 1nos, extension arms (galvanized steel), STAINLESS STEEL ROPE GRAB-SS316 WITH KARABINER & WIRE SLING - 2 nos of make KARAM or equivalent

Supply of horizontal anchorage line system including UNIVERSAL EXTREMITY PLATE- 2 nos, SPRING TYPE SHOCK ABSORBER- 1 nos, TENSIONER WITH CABLE EXTREMITY HOUSING- 1 nos , INTERMEDIATE BRACKET- 4 nos, CABLE EXTREMITY- 1 no, WIRE ROPE ( SS 316L, 8 mm, min 40 mts length), carriage body (SS316) - 2nos , FULL BODY WORK POSITIONING HARNESS WITH ONE DORSAL ATTACHMENT D-RING , TWO LATERAL D-RINGS ON THE SIDES, ONE FRONT ATTACHMENT D-RING, WITHOUT LANYARD - 2 Nos , MIcro block with webbing 2 m length with swindel hook - 2 nos, quarter turn self closing auto locking- 2 nos) of make KARAM or equivalent

Part - D- Dismantling and structural work

Dismantling roofing/cladding including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of existing sheet with safety arrangement like safety life line, safety net (where ever required), safe lowering of the sheet in addition to the basis PPEs

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Steel will be provided by NTECL)

Structural steel finishing with polyurethane paint flossy finish (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications over an under coat of epoxy paint semi glossy finsih brown , etc. complete.

Part- E - Supply and erection of Corrugated cement sheet

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and /or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. and washers complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete - Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges
