Dismantling of signage board of any size and shape complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Old Signage boards will be contractor's property as per schedule of credit.

Supply and fix of guidance sign boards of following profile size having various sizes as per ICAO standards, Annexure 14 (2018) fabricated from hollow anodized aluminium profile with 1100mm long frangible legs passing inside the signs. On front side polycarbonate signage sheet shall provide with inscription. The Signage Sheet shall be 4 mm thick, long life UV stabilized poly carbonate non spectular surface with letters, symbol and size (as per directed by Engr in charge), made out from film manufactured by 3 M or equivalent as specified, pasted from inside with required colouring for Mandatory/ Informatory guidance sign. The signage is required to be retro-reflective in nature. illuminated signage is to be provided by retro reflective tapes of make 3 M or equivalent as specified. The rear panel shall be made of 1.5mm thick aluminium in single sided baords. The board shall have frangible mounting legs with CI casting base with name of vendor imprinted and M10 Bolts welded in foundation plate with anchor. The signage sheet and aluminium back sheet (in single sided boards) shall be fixed with 25 x 24 x 3 mm thick anodised aluminium angle with stainless steel bolts & hinges.The board shall comply to ICAO latest amendment. The whole board shall be powder coated in white colour. The work shall be completed in all respect as required including etc complete all as speceified and directed . Note:- necessary excavation,earth work, Hardcore and PCC Platform shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items Make of sign board shall be POSHDECOR or VIBGYOR or AMA Pvt Ltd as approved by GE. .

Supply and fix illuminated LED Guidance Sign Board with an all-Aluminum weather-proof sturdy frame keeps the electronics protected from environmental hazards and mechanical enclosure will have designed such a way that it can be opened for maintenance from the front without any special tools. The top edge should have heavy-duty hinges that open the front door towards the top side and to provide protection against dust and rain ingress and electrical connection of LED clusters should be designed in such a way that failure of a particular cluster or a group of clusters only marginally affects the illumination of the Signage. LEDs need to have more than 50,000 hours of operational life and do not heat up and electronics should be capable for operation from -20 °C to +55 °C and signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve uniform illumination level and operated on AGL circuit without flickering including supporting frangible legs, Clamps etc. & sign shall comply as per ICAO Annex.14 Vol. I, ADM part 4 and ADM part 6 .

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft / loose soil each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone of gauge exc 63mm but n exc. 100mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in copings,platform,kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter on flat surface for rough finished concrete surface etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
