M & L in replacement of out door type aluminuam bus bar chamber feeder box of cap 300 Amp , 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts of size 90 x 60 x 45 cm including incommer MCCB 300 Amp 4 Pole, 36 KA. The panel made out of 3.5 mm CRCA Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameld paint over a red oxide primer and fixed and supported with anlge iron grouted in PCC 1:2:4 upto 0.60 mtr high from ground level and 0.40 M below the ground level all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Contractor is responsible to produce drawing and take approval before placing order.

M & L in replacement of out door type aluminuam bus bar chamber feeder box of cap 300 Amp , 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts of size 90 x 60 x 45 cm including incommer MCCB 250 Amp 4 Pole, 36 KA. The panel made out of 3.15 mm CRCA Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameld paint over a red oxide primer and fixed and supported with anlge iron grouted in PCC 1:2:4 upto 0.60 mtr high from ground level and 0.40 M below the ground level all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Contractor is responsible to produce drawing and take approval before placing order.

Supply laying in replacement & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying in replacement & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying in replacement & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) including all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc.. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of size 78mm outer dia and 63mm inner dia

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Note :- All joints either strip to strip of strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.

M & L in replacement of MCCB Capacity 400 Amp 36 KA 4 pole adjustable thermal megnate release type with preader and aluminium lugs all as fixed in existing LT Panel.

M & L in replacement of MCCB Capacity 200 Amp 25 KA 4 pole adjustable thermal megnate release type with preader and aluminium lugs all as fixed in existing LT Panel.

M & L in replacement of MCCB Capacity 100 Amp 16 KA 3 pole adjustable thermal megnate release type with preader and aluminium lugs all as fixed in existing LT Panel.

Material and labour in replacement for spring charging motor suitable for 800 Amp ACB , 230 Volt AC complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Material and labour in replacement for adaptor type terminals suitable for 800 A, 4P ACB , 415 Volt AC complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white , with numeric, letters in \hindi ,English and including local language and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with MS Clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size for LT , 20x 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs APFC relay 8 stage with single CT input Make- Havells/ L&T/ Seimens/ C&S) as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L to repair in replacement of shunt capacitor 5.0 KVAR all as specified as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M&L to repair in replacement of shunt capacitor 10.0 KVAR all as specified as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M&L to repair in replacement of shunt capacitor 20.0 KVAR all as specified as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

M&L for capacitor duty power contactor, 3 Pole, 240 Volt AC suitable for 10 KVAr Capacitor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for capacitor duty power contactor, 3 Pole, 240 Volt AC suitable for 20 KVAr Capacitor complete all as specified and as directed

S&F pin type porcelain white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers & one galvanised nut 50mm height,65mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade.all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

S&F porcelain shakle insulator suitable upto 1100V having 90mm dia and 75mm high complete all as specified and as directged.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent HT/LT poles and calculating weight of conductor of size length by adding 3% extra for sag jointing jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolts washers welding bending cold and hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicate or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and repair/maint of ACB Switch upto 800 Amp 430 Volt alongwith tripping system and carried out the fwg repair/tests made for smooth operation. (a) Cleaning and greasing of mechanism, Operation, testing of trip and close electrical and manual mode, Spring charging testing electrical and manual mode, Cleaning of panel insulater CT &PT unit, (a) Service will be carried out through Service Engineer of Manfacturer /Authorised Service Engineer only. (b) The cost of minor spare parts i.e nut and bolts, springs, grommets, clips, pin etc essentially required to make the breaker serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of Galvanised strip of size 32x6 mm beyond 7.5 mtr beyond to earthing lead other places complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, and replacement of panel indication lamps RYB, 240V all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix high grade PVC LT overhead phase to phase line spacer suitable for 4 lines , suitable for verticale and horizontal line complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for testing of faulty LT\HT Cable by using fault locating machine and finding the fault and repairing the same including all T&P as required on site complete all as directed. Note :- (a) Each job includes finding out the location of each fault in HT/ LT feeder. (b) Necessary excavation,returning filling and removal are deemed to be included in this job. (c) LT/ HT straight Joint and additional cable if required it will be measured and paid separetly under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F in repairs/ replacement cable Straight joint kit, heat shrinkable for 1100 volt, out door type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 / 4 Core cable of size 25 sqmm to 35 sq mm all as directed.

S & F in repairs / replacement cable Straight joint kit, heat shrinkable for 1100 volt, out door type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 / 4 Core cable of size 50 sq mm all as directed.

Material and Labour straight through joint heat shinkable suitable for upto 95 sqmm LT 3.5 core 1100 volts XLPE cable type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour straight through joint heat shinkable suitable for 185sqmm LT 3.5 core 1100 volts XLPE cable type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour straight through joint heat shinkable suitable for 300 sqmm LT 3.5 core 1100 volts XLPE cable type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement Pre stressed concerete pole 9 mtr long of cross section of 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complying with requirement of IS-1678-1978 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic paint in black & white strip of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr high from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles as directed. Note:- Exavation and foundation will be paid and measure separetly.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of stay assembly comprising of 7/2.50mm galvanized MS stay wire (appx 9 metre), fixed to poles with and including of FI clamps made out of FI 40x6mm and nuts bolts washers of suitable size MS stay bow 14mm dia galvanized 40cm long MS galvanised stay rod threaded with nut 16mm dia 21 Cm long with washers, MS stay plate galvanized 230x230x6mm incl necessary Excavation and PCC all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

Pruning of tree branches of over head lines by taking proper shutdown & removing the same from site upto a distance of 50 mtr all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for restrainging ACSR conductor (4 to 5 conductors per span) providing suitable proper sag all as specified and directed.

Excavation trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth for and getting out in any of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundation of stays and poles complete all as soecified.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium standard conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC Sheathed in service connections , one twin core 16 Sqmm cable standard conductor cable flat or circular all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for replacement / repair of three phase temper proof digital electric meter (Static watthour meter) of range upto 100 A , 415 Volt includsing mild steel meter box with locking arrangement and hanging on wall / LT Pole arrangement and necessary electric connection complete the meter functional all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for air termination , single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed GI Pipe 40mm dia over roof/ top any where all as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminum strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.
