PART A : Smart Rack, IT and associated works Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated Smart Rack Modular infrastructure system with precision Air conditioning, UPS, smoke detector, fire alarm & fire supression, rodent repalant, environment monotoring, remote monitoring, alarms & logging,access control, power distribution etc. as per relavant standards, specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. NOTE:- Entire work specified in this tender should be carried out complete in all respect and scope includes all accessories and materials for sucessful installation and commisioning of modular smart rack system

42U Racks (800mm X 1200mm) with mounting hardware, copper earthing strips etc as per specifications along with all accessories.

PAC system in N+1(with max N=4) configuration with copper pipings and accessories as per specifications.

40 kW modular UPS with Li-Ion battery pack for 15 mins backup with all elctrical works and accessories as per specifications

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of layer 3 Ethernet switch with a) 24 numbers of SFP+ ports supporting 10G BASE SFP+ / 1G BASE SFP modules and SFP+10G BASE-T Transceiver Copper RJ45 Module, 10G BASE SFP+ / 1G BASE SFP modules- 12 Nos, SFP+10GBASE-T Transceiver Copper RJ45 Module- 12 Nos., 4 numbers of 40Gigabit QSFP+ ports supporting 40G Base-LR4 modules. PART B : Civil works Providing and laying scratch resistant, easy to clean, maintenance free vinyl flooring including skirting of appropriate size and 2 mm thick of M/s Stilex or equivalent make and approved pattern and shade including necessary adhesive over the IPS / Mosaic flooring / skirting including cutting to the required size and shape on edge including wastage, removal of existing damaged PVC or other flooring and disposing of debris / unserviceable material etc., cleaning the floor before and after the completion of works all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting of old painted cement plastered/wood /steel surface as mentioned below using enamel paint, acrylic emulsion paint of 1st quality of approved make & shade applying a coat of approved cement/steel /wood primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, apply two coats of following paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris from site etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Scope includes providing & applying cement based wall care putty in one coat of Birla wall care putty of M/s Birla or stucco putty of M/s Jotun or Champion putty of M/s Saint Gobain Gyproe India or other approved equivalent make over entire surface including preparing old painting surfaces by thoroughly scrapping oil bond distemper / acrylic emulsion paint / white washing including scaffolding, sand papering, removal of debris and disposing off the same to the MCGM dumping ground or at a nearby dumping ground etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors and levels aluminium section in partition, doors etc. with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) ,handles of specified size etc., of approved manufactures for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications including necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant etc all complete generally as per specifications etc, all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of 5.0 mm thick Titanium blue (performance glass) toughened glass for existing MS openable/louvers or aluminium sliding windows, glass doors, vision panels etc of approved make in various sizes as required at site, using first class glass oil putty of approved quality and make including supplying & fixing glazing pins, teak wood or aluminium beading, EPDM gasket etc. with necessary screws, nails etc. (as required) including cutting the glass to required size, removing the existing broken / damaged glass panes from windows / doors / partitions etc. along with its old oil putty/gasket /beading etc. carefully and disposing off the un-serviceable material at a designated place within in the premises including wastage in cutting, transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Hydraulic (universal) heavy duty door closer conforming to IS:3564 of M/s Everite/M/s Garnish/M/s Hyper to the existing door shutter / new door shutters including removing and refixing the shutters carefully and cutting, fixing door closer with all fittings, screws, tools, labour etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing floor springs of Rolex brand or other approved equivalent to the existing door shutter /new door shutters including removing and refixing the shutters carefully and cutting the niche at top one corner to accommodate door closer with all fittings, screws, tools, labour etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing superior quality vertical blinds of M/s. VISTA or approved equivalent manufacturer with approved best quality fabric of required shade and colour, all accessories required for fixing in position all as per approved sample, design, pattern complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Mode of measurement shall be length of aluminium top runner x height from top of channel and up to bottom of blind.

Providing and fixing of Vista or approved make Roller Blinds at locations including material, labour, tools and plants etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Mode of measurement shall be length of aluminium top runner x height from top of channel and up to bottom of blind.

Providing and applying approved quality and approved colour silicon sealant through pressure gun on aluminium joints / gaps between wall and sections as per specification in position all as per approved sample, design, and pattern complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing existing brick work including plaster in cement mortar at all levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material within 300 m lead and disposal of unserviceable marital outside of OYC / AnushaktiBhavan premises etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charges.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for windowdoor frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Film on glass window pane of 3M make (3M Sun Control Window Films, Night Vision Series, Night Vision 15) or equivalent approved make with protection from Sun light, UV and IR in data centres at Anushakti Bhavan and V S Bhavan.

PART C: AMC Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract (CAMC) of the above facility for 3 years after defect liability period (DLP) of 1 year. Quarterly PM to be carried out during the AMC period. Repair, replacement, refilling, top up etc of the required items including consumables without any additional cost. On call maintenance person/engineer site visit to resolve the problem.
