Dismantaling existing Damaged Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Cuddapah Slab including removing the debries away from the site and all labour charges etc. complete. PWD SOR 2022-23 Sl.No.37, Page.22

Towards cost and conveyance Dismantaled existing Damaged Floor Tiles including cost of Loading and unloading charges and all other labour charges etc., complete

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Department officer before use on works)

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five P.sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Cement paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Painting the new iron work in all floor two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of breshes and neat finishing complying with stadard specifications

Supply and delivery of following pipe line (with ISI mark) materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed and including conveyance of all materials to site etc., Complete as per standard specification etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 10.00 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make White glazed earthen ware Flat Back Urinal of approved quality including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best Indian make white glazed earthenware WASH HAND BASIN of 560x406mm with a a pair of C.I. Brackets, 15mm dia C.P. Pillar tap, 32mm G.I. Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,
