Demolition of brick work/Stone Masonry/precast concrete article built in cement mortar of any description and removing unserviceable debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) all as specified and as directed. Note : Face work/ hammer dressing work will be measured and paid seperately.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc., and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement wash with portland cement slurry to a smooth bodied opaque finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones etc including weathering, slighly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plastering from brick or concrete surfaces, cleaning surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., and removing unserviceable debries off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on brick / concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments of required colour, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable debries off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints plaster over new/old concrete surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 mtrs in depth for foundation etc., and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in (Soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated materials (soil) to a distance exc 250 m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting points all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling posts (or) struts (wood, RCC (or) steel any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good the distrubed ground concrete brick work masonry etc.., all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wrought iron (or) mild steel work ,of any descriptionn not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out in hard/ dense soil, including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild rolled steel work as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) quality conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for MS flat iron fillets in posts and struts in fencing , drilling holes (for securing wire mesh etc), including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size (or) type of 3mm to 4mm dia wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straning bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 5 to 10mm mild steel in flat, round (or) square bars, in available length Fe 410 W (Gde- E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , each screwed end to to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut and length of bolt exc 5 cm and n.exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing (or) tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples (or) steel pins etc.., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing unserviceable debries off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs with plain fair faces inclduding setting in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seprately under respective item of Schedule)
