Boring holes 3.5m deep and 300 mm dia of pile in soil (any type) for Single under reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, beams, cantilever, band, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m clear span etc complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar works; in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of Form wk to rough finsished square, rectangular or polygonal concrete surfaces as in sides of columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete

Use & waste of Form wk to rough finished flat surfaces as in sides and soffits of beam, lintel, coping etc complete

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 but other than fair faces of brick wall / concrete surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance exc. 50 m but not exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width of grith not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening confirming to Fe – 410 – W(Gde E - 250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.
