SCHEDULE 'A'
Site clearance by clearing shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of one metre above ground level, useful material shall be stacked and rubbish/ useless materials disposed off upto a distance 50m outside the periphery of the area. Roots of trees and sapling shall be removed as described under felling of trees and hollows filled up with earth, levelled and rammed all as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (ROAD/ PATH/ CULVERT)
Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting including watering with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in depressions which occurs during process of rolling, to required gradient & camber, complete all as specified.
150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) in one layer with broken boulder or quarried stone of (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.
150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers (75 mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates of Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified. NOTE:- Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately.
Preparing surfaces of WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with Air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen primer of grade VG-10 @ 10 kg /10 sq.m using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified.
Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air blower to remove all loose dirt etc on black top existing surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix using with sensor paver electronic sensing device for automatic levelling and profile control within the specified tolerance and internal heating arrangement for the screed all as specified in clause 20.B.4.6 of SSR Part -I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with tandem vibratory road roller (minimum compacted density = 2.2 g/cc) and 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam filling in depression (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer with using Sensor paver with sensing device using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4 % by weight of total mix with job mix formula, laid / rolled and compacted / consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm but not exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.
150mm bore GI tubes of Medium Grade laid in trenches and jointed complete provided as servicing duct for wire and cable under the road complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete as in kerb stones.
Continuous brick edging, with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically, with old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting of 60 watt including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece including 32 mm dia medium grade bracket at 120 degree angle with help of suitable GI clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers etc complete all as directed. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP-66 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V,AC frequency 50-60 Hz. The fitting shall have surge protection of minimum 10 KV power factor should be more than 0.90 cool white colour, total harmonic distoration (THD) should not be more than 15 % lumen output should not be less than 100 lumens/watt, colour rendering index should not be less than 70, corelated colour should be minimum 6000 degree kelvin complete all as specified and directed.
Note for item No 80.00 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case ;- (i) Manfacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings walls/building/ poles which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account. (e) Make of driver and luminarie shall be same.

Note for item No 76.00, 83.00 to 85.00 :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items. Factory made reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2, with peak size 450mmx 180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Pre-dispatch inspection by rep of GE shall be carried out at factory premises. Cost thereof is included in overall rate quoted by contractor.)

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping & bed block of electric poles etc including necessary formwork and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Srl item No. 97 and 98:- Volume of pole / strut / stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment)
SCHEDULE 'A' (AREA DRAINAGE WORK)
PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Brickwork with well burnt clay, old size sub class 'B' brick on edge wall in half brick thick walls, built in (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
Flush pointing to brick work as in drain in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (SECURITY WALL, FENCING & GATE WORKS)
Dismantling fencing wire mesh/ barbed wire (chain link fencing) of any type.
Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface.
PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.
Mild steel work angle iron fencing posts & flat iron including embedding in concrete and screwing etc,post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc.of Fe-290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, mesh of any size or type complete. (Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.)
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:- Each line wire to be measured)
