SCHEDULE 'A'

Site clearance by clearing shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of one metre above ground level, useful material shall be stacked and rubbish/ useless materials disposed off upto a distance 50m outside the periphery of the area. Roots of trees and sapling shall be removed as described under felling of trees and hollows filled up with earth, levelled and rammed all as directed.

Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' (ROAD/ PATH/ CULVERT)

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting including watering with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in depressions which occurs during process of rolling, to required gradient & camber, complete all as specified.

150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) in one layer with broken boulder or quarried stone of (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers (75 mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates of Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified. NOTE:- Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately.

Preparing surfaces of WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with Air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen primer of grade VG-10 @ 10 kg /10 sq.m using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air blower to remove all loose dirt etc on black top existing surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix using with sensor paver electronic sensing device for automatic levelling and profile control within the specified tolerance and internal heating arrangement for the screed all as specified in clause 20.B.4.6 of SSR Part -I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with tandem vibratory road roller (minimum compacted density = 2.2 g/cc) and 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam filling in depression (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer with using Sensor paver with sensing device using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4 % by weight of total mix with job mix formula, laid / rolled and compacted / consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50mm but not exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

150mm bore GI tubes of Medium Grade laid in trenches and jointed complete provided as servicing duct for wire and cable under the road complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete as in kerb stones.

Continuous brick edging, with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically, with old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

300mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

450mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 26.00 and 27.00 :- Excavation, earth work and concrete bed shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate bed to drain pipe including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipe 300 mm dia ( internal) after they are laid and tested in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Paver block shall be approved by GE in writing before incorporation in work.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping & packing around interlocking paver block including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Two way dual direction reflective road stud two way reflective road studs (Cat eye)of dimension 110mmx128mmx29.5mm (model number DA 971) of impact resistant aluminium alloy body with amber /red /white relective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100gm epoxy mixture and placing the cats eye without applying excessive pressure and fixed with 12mm dia and 120mm longzinc plated steel nail at the cenre of cats eye all as of red or any other colour as approved/directed by GE, fixed with suitable size studs as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed.

Convex safety mirror 1000mm dia made of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post (1.5m ht. excluding embedded portion)duly coated with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, pipe shall be embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate of block of size 45cmx45cm x45cm including necessary excavation and earth works complete all as specified and directed.

Solar road stud 125mm X125mmX25mm made from aluminium alloy and construction powered by mono crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery having view distance of 1000 meters, LED-010mm 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hours of continious lightening at night, complete all as specifed. SCHEDULE 'A' (EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY)

Dismantling and taking out existing PCC poles of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old street light fittings of any size/type from PCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing ACSR conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down earth wire of any size/ type from LT/ HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections from poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any size/ type from LT/ HT pole complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in precast posts for cable route indicator of size 500x300x100mm , rounded tops as directed and grounting in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate bock of size 350x150x200mm including 10 mm thick plastering all round of exposed surace of post above ground with CM 1:4, applying two coats of cement base paint on plastered surface including writing with synthetic enamel paint in black colour in suitable size i.e. HT cable size etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting of 60 watt including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece including 32 mm dia medium grade bracket at 120 degree angle with help of suitable GI clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers etc complete all as directed. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP-66 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V,AC frequency 50-60 Hz. The fitting shall have surge protection of minimum 10 KV power factor should be more than 0.90 cool white colour, total harmonic distoration (THD) should not be more than 15 % lumen output should not be less than 100 lumens/watt, colour rendering index should not be less than 70, corelated colour should be minimum 6000 degree kelvin complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 80.00 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case ;- (i) Manfacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings walls/building/ poles which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account. (e) Make of driver and luminarie shall be same.

Material and Labour for steel tubular poles Double swan neck type one piece complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00mtr long) including one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of superior quality of aluminium paint with numbering and making alternative black and white strips on pole with synthetic enamal paint, each strip 30 cm height, upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for steel tubular poles Singal swan neck type one piece complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00mtr long) including one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of superior quality of aluminium paint with numbering and making alternative black and white strips on pole with synthetic enamal paint, each strip 30 cm height, upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Sl No. 81.00 & 82.00 :- Excavation, earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd, electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade with multi strandred aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd, electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade with multi strandred aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd, electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade with multi strandred aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 76.00, 83.00 to 85.00 :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items. (ii) Pre-dispatch inspection by rep of GE shall be carried out at factory premises. Cost thereof is included in overall rate quoted by contractor.

Boring of holes under road, pavement & hard standingby trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm bore of pipe o.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made Pole junction box made of PVC non-metalic of size 250x200x100mm with copper bus bar of size 20x3mm three phase and earth neutral link bar incl provn of MCB 6 Amps 10 KA and mounting arrangement along with cable entry in out hole for fixing on pole with mounting clamps, nut, bolt & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Three core copper cable multistranded conductor of size 1.5 sqmm on pole from junction box to light fitting with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified. (Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items)

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32 X 6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinfircement with 8mm dia @ 100 c/c/ bothbays & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part – I. Note:- The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia (upto the cross arms earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Factory made reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2, with peak size 450mmx 180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Pre-dispatch inspection by rep of GE shall be carried out at factory premises. Cost thereof is included in overall rate quoted by contractor.)

Factory made reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type I, with peak, size, 250mmx 150mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Pre-dispatch inspection by rep of GE shall be carried out at factory premises. Cost thereof is included in overall rate quoted by contractor.)

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/ struts etc including necessary formwork and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping & bed block of electric poles etc including necessary formwork and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Srl item No. 97 and 98:- Volume of pole / strut / stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment)

SCHEDULE 'A' (AREA DRAINAGE WORK)

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, mesh of any size or type complete. (Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.)
