Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone/ PCC block /brick wall/ top of chajja etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris to outside of INS Mandovi area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

Supply only water proofing compund complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved shade, over a coat of primer, including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n exc 1.5 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class hardwood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm thick second class hardwood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminum powder coated window/ ventilator shutter including frame, any type (sliding or open-able) and other similar work etc, fabricated, by using sections, including necessary arrangement to receive 4mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading, stainless steel screws, rollers, maruti lock including the cost of rubber gasket / rubber beading, rollers, maruti lock etc, fixing frames complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of rubber gasket / beading rollers, maruti lock will not be measured with weight of aluminium shutter. Note: Sheet glass & wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F powder coated aluminium grill of design DG-104 pattern, made out of 10mm dia rod fixed with and including standard aluminium frame of 'F' section of size 23.4 x 15.3 x 1.4 mm thick all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / beeding in squares exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors etc and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors etc and surface finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38 mm wide for cement concrete in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction joints of 10 x 15 mm size, at spacing not more than 4m c/c in 100 mm thick concrete pavement, using 12 mm dia polyethylene rod and filled with cold applied polysulphide joint sealant up to 15mm above polyethylene rod after priming the sides of concrete with primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and 200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) & fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S & F extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised, of 200 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel hinges, 150 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete for Gde Fe 410 (E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc in Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
