Finishing walls surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting.

Finishing walls with priming 1 coat with any approved primer complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Wall Paintaing 2 coat with water proofing weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give even shade ats outside including cost of paint and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Priming one coat to iron surface with Red oxide primer over iron workcomplete including cost and conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting 2 coats with any approved enamel paint including cost of material with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of Al door with anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top and 9200 as middle and bottom member with frame section No.9221 and tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 including all cost of labour with T & P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying Fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of material with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fitting tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments including cost of vertified tiles.

Fitting tiles in Dados skirting and risers of steps on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishingcomplete.

Providing executive chair of approved company including cost, conveyance and taxes of complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
