Installation of new feeder pillar in place of damaged and old feeder pillar at TATA Sports complex at IIT KGP to facilitate the power supply to the connected load through the new feeder pillar in the Institute

Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of out door type feeder pillar box comprising of incoming and out going MCCB’s, MCBs, Spreader links, extended Rotary handle, Aluminum Bas bar etc, and others (strictly as per annexure -1 ) , make : MCCBs, MCBs : Hager, Schneider, Legrand/ L&T/ Siemens /approved by EIC, I/C switch:- a) 4 pole 630 A MCCB - 1 numbers of 50 kA rating, b) space for one more incomming switch of same rating, O/G switches a) 4 pole 250 A MCCB - 2 Numbers of 40 kA rating b) 4 pole 160 A MCCB - 1 Number of 40 kA rating c) 4 pole 125 A MCCB - 1 Number of 40 kA rating.d) 4 pole 63A MCCB - 1 Number of 18 kA rating.e) 32 A 4 Pole MCB - 2 Number,of 10 kA ratings f) 32A DP MCB -2 Number of 10 kA ratings,g) 4 pole 400 A MCCB - 1 Number of 40 kA rating with TPN Al Bus bar of 1000 A capacity, This job includes dismantling of old feeder pillar from existing masonary base and deposite the old FP with MCCBs to the store and erection the new FP with construction of masonary base as directed by the EIC and connection of earth bar . The feeder pillar box should be OEM ( of mentioned switchgear make) approved TTA type. Strictly as per IEC 61439 with IP 56 protection mounted in an outdoor type panel with double door and conical top with gaskets in the doors to prevent moisture ingress.

Retrieving of service cable from under ground trench which includes excavation of earth, removing of brick protection This job includes relaying the same cable in the same trench and protecting the cable with unbroken bricks ( new bricks should be provided as required) and then re-filling, the trench with shifted soil and restoring the surface duly rammed as instructed by the site –in-charge.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and lugs for following sizes cable size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.Make- Lugs / socket -Dowells/ Equivalent approved by EIC, Gland - Arun
