Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average depth of 22.50 cm, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller, making good the undulations etc. and disposal of surplus earth, lead upto 50 m.)

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the sub grade.

EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK Earthwork in excavation in foundation and trenches etc.in all kinds of soil (excluding soil containinoulders upto 30 cm size saturated soil and rock)lift upto 1.50m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning ans stacked soil in 15 cm layers,when required into plinth sides foundation etc consolidating each depositd layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in footings and bases of columns (All work upto plinth level). a) 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6:graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) under floors.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in the proportion recommended by the the manufacutres.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 Coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomina; size over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and considered and grouted with fine sand including finish.

R.C.C. WORK

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 All work upto plinth level. (foundation and footings)

WOOD WORK

Providing approved best available local wood (Class - A) work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position.

Providing and fixing of factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window and other frames comprising of virgin PVC of K value 58-60 (suspended Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers and non toxic additives,fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum ,screw withdrawal strenth of 2200 N (face) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite proof,water proof and fire retardand and fixed in position with M.S hold fast /lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of engineer incharge (MS hold fast /lugs/SS dash fastner shall be for separately). Note: for WPC solid door /window frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimensions i.e, depth and width of profile shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

STEEL WORK
