| 1 | Taking down of window/split AC 1.5/2.0 tonne of any make opening complete. Servicing of AC components carefully such as cleaning with chemical solution and soft nylon brush and change of air filters,tightnining of loose screw, checking wiring connection and tightening the same and rectification of defects if any supply and charging R-22/R-32/R410 refrigerant gas qty as required assembling the same with body balancing and fixing in position and testing in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
Note :- (i) Cost of unserviceable major parts as required shall be measured and paid separetaly.

| 2 | Supply and fix in repairs compressor sealed unit of the following appliances. New compressor shall be of the same type (rotary/reciprocating) and make Hitachi/Voltas/LG/Carrier/Blue/Star/Daikin/LLyod/ Sriram/Panasonic/Copeland/Tecumseh complete including replacement of copper tubing/capillary strainer etc, testing and commissioning in the presence of Engineer -in-charge to entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed
