REPAIRS TO PCC FOOTPATH HARSTANDING INTERLOCKING TILES AND CHEQUERED TILES AND ALLIED CIVIL WORKS AND REPAIR TO AREA STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM DRAIN COVERS CULVERT RCC SLAB ETC INSIDE CABS CEMILAC AND STIR UNDER AGE BR II AT BANGALORE

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., like inter locking tiles / chequered tiles of any pattern laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 2.00 above but except interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Serviceable paver blocks as obtained from Sl Item No. 35 shall be re used.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying of interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Mining sand/stone dust shall be of approved quality and should be free from lumps / broken / flaky aggregate.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles (with grey cement and pigment) manufactured in rubber moulded finish of size not less than 300 x 300 x 22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM (1:6) as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 5.00 above but except tiles including making good of undulated tiles set right and leave all surroundings finished as it is complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Serviceable tiles as obtained from Sl Item No. 01 shall be re used.

Material and labour for Kerb stone made out of Plain Cement Concrete, type B1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of cross sectional size 150 mm at bottom and 110 mm at top (tapering at length 210 mm height) with overall height 320 mm and 450 mm in length, surfaces finished even and smooth laid as directed as in road side kerb, setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint in different colours if required over a coat of priming paint as in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint in different colours, if required, in kerb stone painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6), type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection with smooth finish by using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks and filling joints solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry fine aggregate in 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on old steel surfaces of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth like security fencing, wire mesh, grills etc including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Random Rubble stone masonary, Bangalore type, brought upto courses, well bonded and bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing on new or old stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) including raking out joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work / stone walls / PCC and in drain walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any position and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) over stone masonary / brick masonary / also in drain walls surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 55cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hard standing / foot path and PCC road etc., 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2, 100 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint of approved tint on wall old surfaces including cornices, plasters etc., by scrapping down with wire brushes and washing down and removing existing loose finished particles etc.,complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height up to 12 Mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (priming coat not exceeding 10% of overall painted area of each building & including necessary crack filling with latest crack filling material or wall care putty ). complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Work shall be executed for buildings of height of 12 Mtr to 15 Mtr including all necessary scaffolding.

Material and labour for Preparation of Old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not other wise describe applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description like MS grills/MS angles in fencing /gates in ground and over wall height upto 4mtr and similar items complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates/grills of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging; also fastening and fixing (Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any descriptions, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor and roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 30 mm average thickness as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cutting V grooves 15mm x 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with two component polyester based resin repair compounds for crack filling of concrete as per directions of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surfaces by forced application incl bituminous primer confirming ot IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm and applying aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm including taking down old APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Four course of roof treatment consist of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100ml/Sqm.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, conforming to Fe 410-0, bent to shape required including cranking, bending with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre cast Reinforced Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manholes cover slab etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

Supply and fix for heavy duty FRP 3 Tons capacity manhole covers with frame of approved size and shape with opening handle complete all as specified and as directed.
