Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Double Skin Floor Mounted Horizontal, Air Handling Unit for Dinning Hall having following accessories including dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit complete all as specified & directed. Make:-Zeco model No. ZDS-80 or equivalent in Trane /flakt woods group. (a) One AHU having Air quantity 8800 CFM ZDS-80 Model , GI coil casing/blank offs coil section with 4 row deep chilled water cooling coil having copper tube distributors with 12.7 mm tube dia 27 SWG thickness of tube ,4RD cooling copper header material and .15 mm plain alluminium fins with No. of fins per inch 11/12 along with connected fixing brackets etc. complete all as specified and directed . (b) One FC type fan having 560 mm diameter with fan speed 655 RPM, fan outlet velocity 8.15 m/s and shaft absorbing power of 3.59 KW, motor rating 5.5 KW, coil area 17.6 Sqft complete all as specified and directed . (c) The AHU consists of 50 mm thick box type (EU-4) pre filter synthetic type (non woven type) area of filter suitable to fit at AHU ,efficiency 90% down to 10 micron. (d) 4 Nos of cooling coil RD having 20 Sqft Filter Area of dimension 1810 mm X 1800 mm x 1400 mm complete al as specified and directed . Note:- Old AHU shall be deposited to MES store yard as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) 4 Nos of cooling coil RD having 20 Sqft Filter Area of dimension 1810 mm X 1800 mm x 1400 mm complete al as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of induced draught cross flow type cooling tower of dimension 2526 mm X 5100 mm X 3305 mm upto 2.675 meter Pumping Head 1780 Kg shipping weight and 5570 Operating weight to cool 1080 USGPM of water from 97.5 degree Fahrenheit to 90 Degree Fahrenheit Temp at a designed wet bulb temperature of 83 degree Fahrenheit having 0.75% Evaporation Loss, 0.005% Drift Loss, 0.37% Blow-down Loss and 1.125% Make up Water Quantity with following accessories including dismantling of existing cooling tower complete all as specified & directed. Make:- 6.1 KF series Model 6122(TB) of PAHARPUR COOLING TOWERS or equivalent in BALTIMORE AIRCOIL CO. / MARLEY. (a) One H-3-6 type Gear drive Fan per tower of 72" diameter having Fan speed of 535 RPM with PVC Louvers and cast alluminium alloy Fan Blade, fan should be driven by Gearbox complete all as specified and directed . (b) One spiral Bevel type 20T series Gear Reducer having Ratio 2.71:1 and service factor 7.64 complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Old cooling tower shall be deposited to MES store yard as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out of MS Tubing of any dia including all fittings such as elbow, socket nipple, union Tee Reducer of medium Grade laying on walls/ceiling/surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying MS tubing 100 mm bore medium grade including all fittings such as elbow, socket nipple, union Tee Reducer of medium grade laying on walls/ ceiling/ surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying MS tubing 150 mm bore medium grade including all fittings such as elbow, socket nipple, union Tee Reducer of medium grade laying on walls/ceiling/surface complete all as specified and directed.
