Distempering with 1st (First) quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre (Fifty grams per litre) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) (Asian/Nerolac/ICI Dulux) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade with Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (at the rate of zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) (ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX) of approved brand and manufacture complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm (Twelve millimetre to twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sq.metre (Two point five square metre) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four fine sand), all complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
