Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping plaster including removing from MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leaping plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per sl item No 4 but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable tiles obtained from sch item No 1 shall be re used in this item.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing cement concrete in roof or mud stops using (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 6mm thick multi wall clear/bronze/green/ blue polycarbonate sheet with EPDM rubber gasket, silicon sealants, cold forged fasteners etc on steel structure complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight of curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster with ready mix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Make of ready mix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech readiplast/ACC Accoplast / Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE) 2. The ready mix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produced original purchase voucher along with test certificate of ready mix plaster by manufacturer or their authorised dealer while claiming RAR/ Final Bill.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion to newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surface including chalk whiting on plaster surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of 100mm thick as in flooring laid in alternate bays including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste form work to landing & chajjas including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas and landing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS TMT bar of 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with annealed MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down rain water pipes of (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) rain water pipes of single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, jointed with solvent fixed to wall with matching PVC SWR rings including cutting holes and making good the disturbed portion with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for the old roof treatment by making the surface clean thoroughly wire brushed washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust and applying water based bituminous liquid membrane solution minimum two coats upto four coats, as required on ground in patches on area of old broken App membrane/plastered surfaces using brush or roller as per the manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Tarfelt LM of STP or equivalent. Note:- Work to be Carried out by authorised applicator as per manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for the old roof treatment by making the surface clean thoroughly wire brushed washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust and applying water based UV Resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane solution minimum two coats upto four coats, as required on area of old broken App membrane/ plastered surfaces using brush or roller as per the manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Shali urethane BTD of STP or equivalent. Note:- Work to be Carried out by authorised applicator as per manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying upto 40mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two part of Ghaghar sand) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbing with. (ii)Additional reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work and including 20mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) (iii) Work to be carried out as in patches. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely.

M&L for MS rolled section, MS Pipe, MS Square/circular tube, framed work as in balcony railing doors, railing, chajja, gates or other section fixed with fastener complete all as specified and directed. Work to be carried out upto 12 Mtr height. The rates included dismantling of existing RCC balcony wall, including cutting down existing reinforcement and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting chases n. exc 10 cm girth in brick wall and making good in cement mortar (1:3) for embedding of AC sheet in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as required of superficial area n. exc 150 Sq cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making good broken edges of chajjas slabs, facing, fins etc in patches area not exceeding 1 Sqm of each patch, height upto 15 metre, with 15mm thick cement plaster and sand mortar (1:3) or with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, with necessary form work/scaffolding, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Surface preparation by removal existing roof treatment of tar felt treatment/APP Membrane/PCC/Plaster/ and all foreign material such as grass roots dust/mud etc Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster, cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust/mud etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust/mud etc. flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the dust/mud to the places where directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof for maint the uniform slope etc any thickness at any height and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement using waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC measured and paid separately

M&L for applying water proofing treatment with APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HM HDPE, weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and clear thickness of membrane not less than 2 mm, on newly prepared surface with torch application as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge with the following description :- (a) Apply evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as IInd course. (c) Laying of APP modified polymeric membrane as IIIrd course. (d) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as a forth course.

M&L For Disconnecting existing tanks size 500 to 1000 litre, setting aside etc. and required reconnecting and re-fixing in position without any leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of any size including cleaning and refixed with all fitting complete to wall ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
