Notes for Item Nos.1.01 to 1.06:

(i) Cost of plinth/floor beams, pile caps, with sub base/lean concrete shall be deemed to be included in the Lump sum quoted.

(ii) Piles will be measured and paid separately as per the scope stipulated in relevant Part (s) of Schedule 'A'.

(iii) Earth work, excavation required as shown in drawings for Buildings/Structures covered under this item is deemed to be included in the Lumpsum quoted against this item.

(iv) Surplus soil obtained from excavation shall be removed from site to outside MD land.

(v) Pile main reinforcement shall be taken into pile caps as shown in drawings and the same will be measured and paid under relevant parts of Schedule 'A'.

Note: The meter should be compatable with the existing software/ system/server.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of bus trunking system, sandwich type, aluminium busway (3L+N+PE), with multi layer polyster filim class-F insulation, 100% N, 50 KA for 1 Sec and 12 KV implus withstang, enclosure as integral eatrh sheet steel enclouser (C-ribbed housing in 1.5mm thick galvanised powder coated painted with RAL 7035 or as per OEM design, minium temp rise 55 degree over ambient of 40 degree rated insulation & operating voltage 1000 Volts of minimumrating 630 Amps with IP 55 protetion complete for raising mains of building having S+11 floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall submit drawings/specification for approval of CWE through GE before placement of order. 3. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include (i) Tap off bozes with MCB/MCCB 63 Amps and 16 Sq.mm. size cable for connecting from tap off box to TPN DB at each floor, (ii) End cover at top floor and (iii) Suitable arrangement for connecting the UG cable from panel to bus bar trunking system.

M&L M&L for 300 user of RCC septic tank of conventional designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc. with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc. complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L M&L for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats, of size 3.6m dia.x3.0m effective depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT:

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid PCC blocks of grade C5 conforming to IS-2185 Part-I, in CM 1:6, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L granular sub base (GSB) with grading V of 200mm thick compacted thickness (Laid in two layers of 75mm each, compacted seperately) confirming to grading as specified, spread, rolled & consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/grader & vibratory soil compacter of capacity 8-10 Ton complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: 1. Pavement shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. 2. Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture condition to achieve 98.50% modified density. 3. Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. 4. Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/Checked for suitability to use. 5. Contractor shall use vibratory earth compactor in lieu of power roller to achieve 98.50% MDD at OMC without any extra cost and the method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting MDD at OMC. 6. GSB shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING:

Notes for Outsourcing Services Items: (i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift shall be from 0630 hours to 1430 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1430 Hours to 2230 Hours. (iii) In case of non-function of passenger lift, the Goods Lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed. (iv) The work shall be supervised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 5 years items under BoQ shall be deemed to be including the same. (v) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/replacement of perished/unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) One emergency light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. (vii) Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the Bidders/Service providers to all Lift Attendants/Supervisors. (viii) The Bidders shall ensure house keeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the Lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc.

(ix) The Bidders shall abide by the latest Labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Bidders shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (x) The Bidders is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess et., as applicable and shall be paid to the workmen as per existing Labour rules/ Acts/ regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. (xi) Dress Code: The bidders shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour uniform {formal pant & T-shirt} with labels showing/ printed i.e. “Name of the firm and designation” on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. (xii) INSURANCE: The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward incident or non-adherence to safety and IE regulations or fault in maintaining of internal electric supply system or on account of any mishandling/ wrong operation/ lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/ their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour commissioner/court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations.

(xiii) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be including Basic rate (Minimum Wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body, whichever is higher), employers contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) liability, contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution towards Bonus. Overhead and profit and labour welfare cess (LWC) as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the Bidders to applicable depending upon the man power requirement. This will create onus on the bidders to ascertain the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies are applicable including GST. Note: The Manpower deployed shall be changed for every 11 months period. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for the same.

(viii) The tenderer shall submit MoU from the original manufacturer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maintenance during and after Defects Liability Period directly or through their nearest authorized/accredited agencies service personnel. The MoU shall be submitted at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of main contract as per Work Order No I.
